I just watched the Stephen Curry documentary on AppleTV. I found it to be a little on the boring side if I’m being honest but it was interesting to see his journey. It just wasn’t a very exciting journey. However, I did think it was interesting how his decision to stay at Davidson paid off and how his college coach believing in him seemingly made the difference between him quitting basketball or not. I think most people never find that person in their life that believes in them and gives them an opportunity.

For the incident happen to Bronny provably many teams will avoid to take him since cardiac arrest is serious health case which teams can't risk to give him a contract sue to health issues. And it seems that we can't really see the most awaited father and son duo in Nba, maybe for this incident where Bronny is in serious troubles maybe we can see Lebron retires as his plan didn't come up and he don't have anything to prove anymore. Just want to see some miracle comes and there's still a chance for son of Lebron to have a good comeback and can still able to play good basketball together with his father or if not still land on Nba.

Let's not make it a big deal; instead, let's be positive. Let's trust the process the team will follow because he will not be included in the NBA draft if he doesn't pass the physical exam. What if what happened isn't that serious, or there's a cure for it?

Bronny has been anticipated to play in the NBA, although he isn't as good as his father. But with LeBron's influence, there's surely a team that will draft him. However, with what happened recently, some fans may be doubting his chance to make it to the NBA.

Yeah, it's a mix reaction for now, others are relieved to hear that he is out of danger and kudos to the staff who tend to him. On the other hand, I read some news that it might be the end of his career. However, I'm taking it with a grain of salt, perhaps just like crypto, it's full of FUD and negative news for click bait article.

In any case he is still capable of playing in the NBA, and if I'm not mistaken he has shown intention for a draft, so he might be in the next draft class and for sure there will be teams that are going to pick because afterall, he is still the of Lebron and they want to make history in the next couple of years, as the first father and son in the NBA.

Yes, these articles released about Bronny James's situation are not really helping at all because instead of bringing a positive and real news, they instead bring some doubts to the public about his future in the NBA just to gather some attentions from the crowd. A click bait article to be exact.

I do agree, and hopefully the family of Lebron will just simply ignored this news and let Bronny heal and continue with his career. That's how media is, specially with the James family. And for sure they have been followed multiple times already and Bronny will be in the limelight when he started to go back and play basketball again. And with Lebron's money, they might have to spend some to just take care of Bronny and make him healthy again.

Furthermore, it is still too soon to have a conclusion towards his future in the NBA because almost everything are still unknown at this point, let's just be thankful first that he is now discharged from the hospital and is now resting towards his recovery. I guess it is safe to say that his future is still bright as the sun.

All we can say is that he is still very young, so his chances of recovery is very high here. So personally, I think he will go back in playing basketball again and be a normal kid and then go and play with his father in the NBA in the next 2 years as if nothing had happen to Bronny.

Yes, there is a big chance and it is indeed very likely that he can still recover from what he had been through because he is still young. He still have a lot of room for that.
Anyway, sticking to the topic, it seems that he (Bronny) is quite okay now because the whole James family was recently spotted in downtown LA for an intimate family dinner after a scary health issue this week. So, I think that means that everything is going to be okay now.

Good to hear that, yeah, I little family bonding time will likely help Bronny to recover that fast and it seems the is back to normal and most likely the next time that we will hear about him, he could be in the court playing and dunking around as if nothin happens to the young fella.

Did not know that Bronny can play piano, but I did see the video and yeah, it's good to see that he is surrounded by his family and he is in good spirits and smiling,  Grin

Jaylen Brown has extended his contract with the Boston Celtics for 5 years and $ 304 Million.
Jaylen Brown will earn $60.8 Million annually.
TBH, I didn't expect that this contract will push through. Maybe the impact of Brown towards the success of the team for the past few years is just that big that they give him that huge contract. I wonder how will Tatum respond to this one knowing that he has more impact than him in terms of success.

Anyway, congratulations for him for getting the richest contract in NBA history. I just hope that his performance in the future will be better now than what it last season.

That's almost x2 of Tatum's contract, as per report, his projected salary next seasons is $32,600,060, way lower than what Brown would receive, but it should not change the chemistry of the team as the management could decide to give Tatum a big contract as well once he will renew, but of course, he has to give the expectation of the team management so they will give him a bigger contract.

Might be, but for sure Tatum might have this in his mind next season about that huge contract that Brown is getting. And we think that he is the franchise player of the Celtics, however, if he is also going to be offered a huge money, then what will happen to the rest of the contract of their players?

They still need to find decent players to surround this two, a good center, a point guard and other role positions and they still need to offer them good to decent money. So the Celtics need to balance out everything, or it could be true that they are shifting everything to Jaylen Brown now?

Only Tatum and Brown are considered the best players on the team, so others would understand if they do not get a huge contract like these two are getting. Tatum is an all-around player; he might be better than Brown, but it's just that the timing favored Brown. However, as I said, when Tatum is extended, let's expect that he will get a good contract.

I think the trend is going to be that way, as not even the top 10 players in the NBA are getting huge contracts now. It's very clear that Tatum could be on par with the status of players like Irving, LeBron, and KD now, so he deserves a huge contract, probably even bigger than Brown's.

Tatum's contract will end in 2026, so by then, if he remains healthy, he'll get a good amount of money.

Agree to that, if he will maintain his health and still be as competitive as he is right now,

No doubt that he will get that amount of better than what Brown is getting. Tatum is considered as the alpha of this team
and if he will manage to continue that statue, that contract extension will be expected to be more unless there's an injury
that will cause to change his performance, though future is not ours to conclude r to dictate. Let's wait after his contract
expired.

According to Shams the NBA has warned Damian Lillard and his agent that if they make any more comments about Damn only wanting to play for the Miami Heat then they would be, “subject to discipline.” I think this shows that Portland isn’t exactly set on sending Dame where he wants to go. Dame ending up unhappy on an obscure team might be the surprise of the offseason.

Since the Heat doesn't even want to include Butler and Adebayo in the deal, it's no surprise that the Blazers aren't happy because they're being offered to trade their best player for nothing. However, even if the NBA disciplines Lillard and his agent, it's unlikely to change anything. Lillard has already made it clear that he only wants to play in the Heat, and I think the other teams realize that it makes no sense for them to try to get Lillard. I mean, no team would want to trade literally half of their roster for a player who would be unhappy playing for them.

Well, that is true. And at the same time, I think we can also say that there is no point for the teams to actually pursue the player. Because that is not going to get them anything to be honest. The player has directly stated that he is not going to play for any other team, except for Heat. And so, of course, the other teams already know that it doesn’t matter what they do to get him and how good of a deal they offer to him, the player is not going to be very happy playing for them.

That's the only leverage Dame has.  If he gets traded to a different team everyone knows he will be playing.  When you don't have a no trade clause you have no leverage as a player.  Who knows he could be jockeying for something completely different.  Maybe he is saying that to screw over Portland who knows if they pissed him off about something.  Either way he is playing no doubt wherever he lands.

He looks like he’s doing pretty well. They released this video of him playing the piano.

https://twitter.com/lakeshowyo/status/1685312664627707904

It doesn’t say much because I have no idea if he was a skilled piano player before or not, but it does show his condition. He’s doing good hand movements and he can clearly stand and walk so it isn’t a dire situation. He appears well on the road to recovery. Hopefully it wasn’t so bad and he’s back at it soon.

I guess they're just tired of seeing and reading those statements that they're too vulgar on where Dame wants to go together with his agents. Honestly, these trades should have just been kept private until it's done but anyway. These are also where these personalities are earning through the info that they release to the public. It seems that this trade hasn't happened yet.
The league made Dame release a statement saying he would give any team he plays for his full effort. Know info Damian Lillard I’m sure that’s true. Still, it’s funny that he had to release a statement to avoid getting himself caught up in fines. I question whether the league will let him go to Miami. It has Chris Paul to the Lakers vibes.
It gonna be a matter of time until we see some real updates about his transfer or if there will really be a transfer being allowed by the Blazers. This is taking so long honestly.
So it's like that letting Dame give some statement and then later on, the league itself does want to fine him if he does continue to say on which team he wants to play.

Regarding about Dame's trade talks that are still going on up until this point in time, I don't think that the NBA itself is actually serious about that warning they issued towards Dame and his agent instead they are just putting some pressure to make the trade happen because it's taking too long to be honest.

Aside from that, it got me thinking that what if the Portland Trail Blazers doesn't want the trade? That they are just assuming that they are interested towards it, like this and that, but in the first place, they are just making an announcement that Dame wants it but it is the franchise who doesn't want to let go.

Portland seemed ready to blow up the team. Dame isn’t getting and younger and his salary isn’t getting any lower. With CJ gone now, it’s time for them to say goodbye to Dame for business reasons. They really wanted to keep the narrative that they would do anything for him, but now that it’s time to delivered on that they’re putting pressure on Miami by trying to field other offers.

I am sure that someone will draft him because of his father, but also everyone has been talking about how he would be drafted due to his father but the kid isn't that bad himself. He is an nba draft potential player even without his father, maybe early second round at worst case, but he would be drafted if his father wasn't lebron james. It's not about how good he is, sure he is good but also about the fact that there aren't that many players that is better than him that year.

Many players are worse, so if we are talking about 60 players drafted, I do not see 60 better than him players on his generation. Which is why he will most probably be drafted anyway, with Lebron as his father, he will be drafted even higher for sure.

With or without LeBron James's connection with the teams in the league, Bronny James will still be connected to his father, and he cannot ever evade it because his DNA is already saying it. But yes, you are right with what you mentioned, he is already good as a player and will probably make a name for himself once he starts his professional career in NBA. In fact, in the recent mock draft, LeBron James Jr. is a 1st round pick considering that he will recover and play again in the next couple of weeks.

Good that he's already been discharged. Because with things happening to him, it's going to be bad thing if he don't recover too quick. His family got the money so medication isn't going to be problem until he's able to recover very well.

The league made Dame release a statement saying he would give any team he plays for his full effort. Know info Damian Lillard I’m sure that’s true. Yeah, remind me of the Chris Paul situation and how the NBA stop him from joining the Lakers. It really takes a drastic turn for Dame though, as we have thought that by now everything should be clear and that the Portland management is willing to trade him to Miami.

And so the NBA has to make sure that if ever Dame was not traded to Miami, he should still play 100% to the team that he will get traded.

With that, the drama continues and it be better if Dame and his agent will completely stop making comments in the public as to not complicate things anymore and let them work everything behind. And just have a official statement once everything is complete and sign.

I am a big fan of Damian Lillard but I agree with James Harden saying he understands that each team, especially his current team would as much as possible look for the best deals. I would love to see Dame land in Miami but the NBA management makes sense. If players are allowed to talk a lot and make threats on deals in public, it would make fans believe that smaller teams and less attractive cities are really at a big disadvantage.

Anyways, I cannot wait for both Lillard and Harden to get transferred to other teams so we can have clearer views of the teams for the coming season. I smell doom on Miami if they cannot get Lillard as it did not match and traded some of its players in order to create space. Philly might be also in the same situation too if it cannot acquire reliable players as Harden's replacement.

That's very possible.

He was being prospect as the next known guy for the next year's draft. But it seems that it's going to affect that potential draft, he may not be that guy that will be the # 1 pick.

Still, it's possible that there will be a team that will get him as Lebron said and guarantees that he wants to make it happen that before his retirement, he want to play with his son.

And wherever his son is, there he will go too. I wish the speedy recovery for Bronny. There's a possible problem with his intakes.

I think it's a risk that can be taken. Health care has improved a lot, we will surely see a good improvement in Bronny's condition and we will watch him continue to exercise safely. There is still a lot of time until next year, it will surely recover and be drafted.
LeBron hasn't decided on retirement yet because he'll want to make that dream come true
I agree.

They have the money and resources so, whatever it takes, there is their money to do everything the doctors can to make Bronny's condition better.

With this, I think that USC has to give Bronny the time to recover and rest first but could that affect his next year's aim in entering the league? Possibly or possibly not.

Good that he's already been discharged. Because with things happening to him, it's going to be bad thing if he don't recover too quick. His family got the money so medication isn't going to be problem until he's able to recover very well.

I don't see it that way. Too early to conclude that where in fact there's a lot more time to recover and be healthy again.

Besides, how can we assume that things early were in the first place, Bronny even while experiencing cardiac arrest still fully conscious, neurologically intact, and stable upon arriving at the hospital, and after just a few days got discharged as if nothing happened and allow him to rest instead on his home?

Yes, and I think teams that are interested on him or get him will subject Bronny to test as well to see if he can really play and not be affected by his medical condition. So I don't think this case will hinder the young James into playing in the NBA. The media just really exaggerate things for Bronny to look at is if it the end of his career or something.

And with that, I still think that they can make history, and we will forget that this happen to Bronny. And as per report, he was discharge already with a clean bill of health. Maybe him being still young help in the recovery very sooner than expected.
