Its impressive triple double performance plus a win for Jokic and for sure they are hype for the fact that they can able to handle this super team and now they are 1 game away to advance on next round.
You'll be impressed with Jokic every game as that's become normal for him. With the game now back in Phoenix, the Nuggets have momentum, and I think the road team may finish the series.
In the other game, the 76ers have surprised the Celtics by winning Game 5 and taking the lead in the series. I hope we won't see a repeat of last postseason, where the Bucks faced a similar scenario.
What's more impressive with him is his stats in the first 10 games of the post season.
In the first 10 games of this playoffs, he averaged 30.6 PPG, 13.1 RPG, 9.5 APG. In the league history, there are only 2 players who made that stat line in the first 10 games of the post season. Jokic, and Oscar Robertson way back 1963. That's how impressive he is right now during the playoffs.
The Nuggets are the best all-around team right now in the West, and even in the NBA. They have one of the deepest benches right now in the league, and to see them defeating one of the considered super teams right now by double-digits is just good to see. Now the question is can they break the record where the home team wins every single game, or they will steal one on the road.
Same situation with the Miami Heat, the team fought their way to clinch a play-in spot and who could've thought that with Butler's persistence and a little bit of help from the remaining roster, they are upsetting the favorites all the way up until now that they are going against the New York Knicks. Both play-in team in respective conference is still alive and have a 3-1 advantage over their opposing teams which are currently favorites. Now, that is really unexpected.
The Miami Heat is in the 8th seed creating a great performance against the 5th seed the New York Knicks if that isn't weird enough this season has provided us with definitely good entertainment the Warriors in the 6th seed upsetting the 3rd seed Kings, while the 7th seed Lakers upset the 2nd Seed Memphis Grizzlies, but maybe the Lakers on the 7th seed could upset the 6th seed Warriors that is what we are seeing right now,
Right now, the Heat are on the road of doing a bit of a history.
They're one win away from reaching the Conference Finals. There is only one team who won the Conference Finals as the 8th seed, and that's the Knicks way back 98-99 season. Though they lost in the NBA Finals, they still made history. With how the Heat are playing right now, they're on the road to become the 2nd team to do it. I just don't know if they have the capabilities to win against the winner of the Sixers/Celtics match-up. Overall, the Heat are playing very impressive in this playoffs, defeating the top favorite to win the title which is the Bucks, and now one win away from clinching to the Conference Finals.
