Now the Lakers are in the play-in tournament and we never expected this one to happen in their last games with Westbrook as soon as they released him, they managed to play well even without Lebron. AD is doing well these past few games and they are coming to get that number 6 slot if they continue to win in their next games as well. They can really do well even when they are only a few stars on the court and seems like AD is finding his right rhythm while playing today even though he injured his nose but he continues to dominate the game.

Honestly, I didn't expect the Lakers to win anything during LeBron's absence, but now they have 7 wins in their last 10 games, and that's surprising. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but they've been doing really well since getting rid of Westbrook. However, it's too early for them to relax because there are 16 more games left until the end of the regular season, and they're not even guaranteed a Play-in Tournament or Playoff spot yet.

That was not what I predicted in the Knicks game. Not amazing at all.
~
I guess we will just see if they can bounce back from it.
They even defeated Boston Celtics twice on that 9 game winning streak, but guess what... their streak is over thanks to the... Charlotte Hornets?

I mean who in the hell expected that the win streak of the Knicks will be snapped by some bottom teams right now. It will be understandable if top teams did that like the Bucks or the Nuggets, but to a bottom team like the Hornets? Did somebody bet on the Hornets on this game. They will bounce back from this one. They are performing better after the trade deadline. I just hope that Brunson will come back soon.

Speaking of coming back, I wonder how the Grizzlies will come back after the series of events that happened with the team.

First is the Ja Morant issue in his social media account. Second is Brandon Clarke suffering a season-ending injury. I wonder how will Coach Taylor Jenkins make an adjustment with his team. Morant doesn't have a timetable right now on when he will return. How will the "Dynasty" team play without their captain? Right now, the Grizzlies are already 3rd in the Western Conference, currently tied with the Kings who is now in the 2nd spot. We are nearing to the end of the regular season. I'm exciting on how the Grizzlies will adjust with what's happening with them.
I doubt that the Grizzlies can make a comeback now, gonna be difficult for them without Ja, Brooks and Desmond Bane cannot do it alone, specially in road games, what turn of events for them for talking about a supposedly Dynasty when they are not winning and they might fall from their 3rd position as the Suns might replace them.

Just too bad how the players turn out to be, Clarke season injury, gonna be hard for him to make a comeback too although there are players like KD nd Klay Thompson who suffered the same.

And speaking of Westbrook, Clippers and Lakers are almost tied for the 8th position. Good game by the Lakers though, every one is contributing to this big W, Reaves, his acrobatic layup, and the Hachimura his best game as a Lakers. And obviously, Davis taking over the game for the Lakers with 30 and 22.

Emotional for the whole Laker nation too, as Pau Gasol jersey's was retired next to Kobe.

What is eerie is that Kobe predicted this, way back in 2018, prior to his death.

I’m watching this game on TNT between the Timberwolves and the 76ers and Joell Embiid and Anthony Edwards are having themselves game already in the first quarter. They are both on a pace to score over 40 points so that could be something to keep an eye on. Close game too. Definitely off to a good start for game one of the doubleheader.
Who do you think is going to win. I think the Timberwolves are the team that is going to end up winning the game. They just look like they play better as a team but the 76ers have the better players today. I know there is luck involved but I think the Timberwolves got this and I might put a small bet on them.
It's difficult to predict who will win. Both teams are good, especially Timberwolves which are definitely upgraded after getting Mike Conley. If you are betting live, a good chance would be while the 76ers are on the lead if you will be taking the home team Timberwolves. Right now, they are on the lead so for me it's a no-go. I'd rather take the 76ers for now.
I didn't add this game in my parlay as it could turn out as a wild game and any team could win. I don't want to underestimate the 76ers even without James Harden. Tyrese Maxey can fill the hole that he left.

Even before the game started, the odds of the 76ers are already pretty juicy for me because they are the underdogs in this game. I don't know why because they are still a good team despite the absence of Harden, they already proved it this season even before this game. So my best guess is because the Sixers are on the road against the Wolves who are hosting the game.

And as you predicted it mate, Maxey did a good job and it is almost unnoticeable that Harden wasn't their because Maxey filled the hole anyway. I hope you did bet in-favor of the Sixers, not on parlay though but just a single bet.

Even with that good game from Edwards, without the support from the entire team it can't produce a win, unlike with the Sixers,
just like you mentioned Maxey fill it up and provide the help that Embiid needed.

They dominated the game from 2nd quarter and keep the lead until the last quarter, very risky but the outcome favors you as Sixers
win the game.

Good pick!

The 76ers don't need Harden as Maxey always steps up. I understand why the Timberwolves were favored in that game, but honestly, it's not attractive from my end as Embiid is still unstoppable, despite the Timberwolves having Gobert, a former Defensive Player of the Year.

I like the development of the 76ers. They seem to have impressive chemistry because even if one of their star players misses the game, they are still capable of winning against any team.

What I like about this Tyrese Maxey beside the fact that he is viewed as an underrated player, is that the kid isn't afraid to fail, he will always keep on resisting and attempting to do a field goal and it doesn't really matter to him if it's on the paint or beyond the arc. He will always try to find a way how to make it and look at him now, a much more reliable player and a key for the 76ers success.

The performance from the Knicks was not a good one against the Hornets. Actually not even any good individual score in my opinion. RJ Barrett had a decent performance. But not any help from any other teammate. If he had even a little help I think that Knicks could have come out with a win. I also absolutely agree that no one actually expected a loss for Nicks in this match. On the other hand, Hornets had a good overall team performance in this game. They are the ones who deserved to win this match for sure.

It will honestly be hard for Grizzlies. At this moment they are very inconsistent. With all the problems that are going on, it will be hard for them to perform well consistently. And if they cannot perform consistently, they might actually go down the table more. Adjusting to these problems are not going to be easy.

I was actually surprised at their performance during the game against the LA Clippers. I mean, No Dillon Brooks, Ja Morant, and their big-man duo Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke, yet the game was so close it gave me the chills that they can win that game.
I say they can win at teams on the lower seeds but when it comes to the likes of the 76ers, Bucks, or worse even the Nets they will have a difficult time adjusting.
Offensive capability is what they are missing. Today against the Lakers, all they have to do was focus on Desmond Bane, he only scored 7 points which is unusual for him considering he is next to Ja Morant when it comes to contributing on the offensive end.
But defensively, they are strong, they have Jaren Jackson and Tillman who are known for a high level of defense.

They do need Harden as much as Maxey. He's just rested in this back-to-back game and they did well without him. It won't be always like that. Philly played maybe their best third quarter in whole season, that made the difference. Embiid scored like he's playing in the park, no defense from Twolves. Edwards tried to keep them in the game but others couldn't help. Sixers finished the game so early we could even see Furkan Korkmaz in garbage time.

Maxey just needs to keep that energy going into the playoffs since they will need him to step up. The defense will be focused on Harden and Embiid, so it's crucial that he continues to play well. During the last playoffs, Harden was still new to the team and not at 100%, and Embiid had experienced an injury, so he was also not at 100%. However, we all know that they will make it to the playoffs, so let's hope they will have a decent shot at the championship.

In my opinion, Embiid should be the best player of the 76ers for them to win. He is a dominant force on both offense and defense, and his performance can significantly affect the team overall. When he is at his best, he can carry the team to victory and elevate his teammates' performances as well.

That was not what I predicted in the Knicks game. Not amazing at all. The streak was now gone thanks to their carelessness, perhaps they really need Brunson so bad if they want to continue it. It's the Hornets without Ball, what else could go wrong? Cheesy Maybe I expected too much from them or I am dragged by the hype they produced. 6 games of Randle producing above 20 points per game and now he just made 16. RJ Barrett did try to contribute with 27 points, but his 3-point FG was a shocking 1 of 7.
I guess we will just see if they can bounce back from it.

I've tried my luck after 2 week of not having any bets on NBA and I've lost again of course Smiley). I don't know why I'm insisting of playing NBA as this new style of NBA is very hard for me to read as there is no defense but they also miss a lot of shots because of no defense...if that makes any sense.

At least Lakers won and they are now in play offs spots but Grizzlies are having 3 defeats in a row that kinda concerns me for the next period of games , due to prior or Ja being suspended ..?

Not sure yet since they are just 1 win ahead compared to the 10th to 13th teams and they still have 16 games left before the Play-In Tournament. So it could change but as long as AD will remain probable and continue doing well, they have a better chance. They made a wise move by trading WB and just in time coz they badly needed a win as Regular Season is almost over. Even better for the Lakers if James will be listed as probable before Play-In.

Just in time before LeBron returns, AD and the Lakers are winning, which is a good sign that they are not struggling. It was a good decision to get rid of Westbrook, and now they are playing with great chemistry. Meanwhile, the LA Clippers are struggling. As long as the Lakers qualify for the play-in tournament, I would assume that they'll be in the playoffs.

Anthony Davis definitely got it done tonight. The Lakers hot streak continues as they look to make the playoffs. I’m pretty impressed with how well they’ve been doing without LeBron James. No idea when he’ll be back but I imagine when he does the Lakers will be a team to contend with. Playoff bound it seems.

On the other hand, that's also the price Memphis has to pay for not having Morant. It's good for the Lakers as they seem to be playing with great chemistry now. Memphis played two games in LA and lost both of them. It was a great game for Davis, and he had another impressive performance. I really hope that he remains healthy as the Lakers continue to climb and secure a playoff spot.

Davis' presence really matters for the Lakers. Even without LeBron, the chemistry among all the players inside the court is quite impressive. They are sharing the ball and they are making good plays together.

I see your point with Memphis. It's far different when Ja is playing. He added pressure to their opponents and
the focus of the defense most of the time will be on him, giving his teammates good space to produce scores,
moving forward, Lakers now is moving up currently inside the top 10, still have games to play for everyone.

The Lakers have added defensive players who can also score, which has been a significant benefit since trading Westbrook. That's why even without Lebron, they are still winning games. They are currently ranked 9th, and their record of 7-3 in their last 10 games is impressive.

Well, that seems a fair line up as the Lakers are without LeBron and Russel too. They really are playing very well after they acquire Beasley, Vanderbilt, and Russel. It looks like they just have this automatic team chemistry as these 3 additional players perfectly fits their system and play. I hope they will continue that hot streak and secure a playoff spot. They are just 2 wins away from the Clippers in the 8th spot. If Davis continue to play the level he was playing from the last couple of games, they'll going to have a good chance to win the next 3-5 games until LeBron gets back to the floor.
