Now the Lakers are in the play-in tournament and we never expected this one to happen in their last games with Westbrook as soon as they released him, they managed to play well even without Lebron. AD is doing well these past few games and they are coming to get that number 6 slot if they continue to win in their next games as well. They can really do well even when they are only a few stars on the court and seems like AD is finding his right rhythm while playing today even though he injured his nose but he continues to dominate the game.

Anthony Davis definitely got it done tonight. The Lakers hot streak continues as they look to make the playoffs. I’m pretty impressed with how well they’ve been doing without LeBron James. No idea when he’ll be back but I imagine when he does the Lakers will be a team to contend with. Playoff bound it seems.

I’m watching this game on TNT between the Timberwolves and the 76ers and Joell Embiid and Anthony Edwards are having themselves game already in the first quarter. They are both on a pace to score over 40 points so that could be something to keep an eye on. Close game too. Definitely off to a good start for game one of the doubleheader.
They can't stop Embiid.
He got 39 points in only under 28 minutes of playing. His efficiency is very high on this game.

I knew it that the Sixers will win since the start of the game. Looking on the Wolves, the only player that is doing the offense is Edwards, and nothing more with his teammates. After his score of 32 points, the next 2 ones are their bench players who got 13 and 11 points respectively. On the other hand, Sixers and Embiid got help from Maxey who has 27 points.

A one-sided match all the way. Sixers lead most of the game and didn't look back when they got a double-digit advantage. Congratulations to him and for me for betting with them. Cheesy

Take a look at Kuzma bricking a three while trying to give his best Steph Curry impression. Making matters worse, the ball bounced right where he was and he missed the rebound due to his antics.

https://twitter.com/bleacherreport/status/1633288877543915521

Kuz definitely isn’t Steph Curry and it shows. This gives you a little bit more respect for Steph being able to pull this off so often.

Who do you think is going to win. I think the Timberwolves are the team that is going to end up winning the game. They just look like they play better as a team but the 76ers have the better players today. I know there is luck involved but I think the Timberwolves got this and I might put a small bet on them.
It's difficult to predict who will win. Both teams are good, especially Timberwolves which are definitely upgraded after getting Mike Conley. If you are betting live, a good chance would be while the 76ers are on the lead if you will be taking the home team Timberwolves. Right now, they are on the lead so for me it's a no-go. I'd rather take the 76ers for now.
I didn't add this game in my parlay as it could turn out as a wild game and any team could win. I don't want to underestimate the 76ers even without James Harden. Tyrese Maxey can fill the hole that he left.

I think GSW is lowkey still a great team, people are sleeping on them even right now. They are the team that won it all last year, that is why I believe that we shouldn't really expect them to lose right away neither. They had some injury issues all season long which kept them low, but if they are in the playoffs, then they are contenders, of course with the condition that they stay healthy. I personally see a team that has curry, klay, poole, dray all on the same team with some decent role players not really that bad, they are quite good actually. Suns is good, Mavs are good, but GSW will definitely be good too.

They manage to stay afloat even with all the injuries they suffered this year. That is quite impressive. They could have a chance to repeat what they have done last year. They also were not on the top of the ranking last year but were able to win it all. But it will be harder to duplicate that right now since Durant is also in the West now with the Suns. The Warriors are still a contender, but it will be harder to win now.

KD was a big part of the team. It's disappointing to see him moving to another team. But they still can make it without him. It's a minor adjustment. Time to show he is not the reason why GSW will fail. There's Wiggins to fill the position. Against OKC, I prefer GSW after all SGA still is not around as well. Hopefully, they'll win.  If Poole performs badly still just like the last time, then he really has some issues to fix.

Let's just expect the unexpected, so that we won't get surprised if there's some twist along the season. It may be an injury or some personal issues, we really don't know.

But talking about the Warriors current situation, it's best not to underestimate them for now because it's still to early for us to judge their performance. We all know about them and this is not the first regular season where they didn't perform well yet when it comes to the playoffs, we always saw a different Warriors, so different from the regular games. And that's why they are different from the rest.

By the way, it is also worth noting that GPII is now back with the Warriors, although he is not yet to be seen as of now but it's expected the he will be joining them once the playoffs will commence. GPII will be one of their keys when it comes to the Warriors defense, and let's not forget the Jordan Poole playoffs version.

That addition of Durant to Phoenix will give them a tough competition to repeat the title, West side got a lot of competitive squad who can bring upset to anyone.

It's a matter of how the chemistry and how the coach will blend the players inside the ring, not just the offensive
threat, but also the defense. Lots of adjustments for each team now, we can't predict who'll going to win but
I agree with what you said. Warriors will be there to defend the crown.

If they reach up to playoffs then Suns and Mavs will face up then this is exciting game to watch since for sure we can see more heated arguments between those guys.
They might meet, and if they do in the first round, only one of them will continue to the second round. I believe the Warriors are still the team to beat, as they are still underrated despite winning the championship. With the betting odds, it looks like other teams are favored, especially the Celtics and the Bucks, to win the championship.

But the Suns are too upgraded compared to Luka and the Mavericks. I don't trust Kyrie since leaving Cleveland. Either he is injured or he will do some controversies to catch public attention. Either way, Kyrie is nothing compared to the great KD. And even without these 2 former Brooklyn players being shipped, the Suns are already a trio of superstars compared to Dallas with Luka only. I think many Suns fans are just butt hurt and were not able to move on after its team achieved the best record in the NBA but only to exit in the 2nd round after being shamed by Luka single-handedly. I like KD but now I want the Suns not to win a title with Booker. Cheesy

GSW is a dark horse once the playoffs begin. Playoff games are too different compared to these regular games. GSW is too experienced and has chemistry proven once the biggest games of the NBA start. Although I also believe that Boston and Milwaukee are the strongest teams this season. I am an underdog guy though, so I hope teams like the Kings and Denver are the ones getting the title.

Booker has always been a bit of a weak trash talker, and that will continue to be like that for a long time considering that's a bit about someone's character and not something about their talent.

Booker and Doncic's argument was funny, but it was clear that it wouldn't grow any further. As long as there is no physical violence in this regard, I find such quarrels amusing.
Phoenix was a really dangerous team, as you all said. Having both Durant and Booker on the team offers more offensive options. They became one of the duos that scored 35 points each. It's hard to defend that. A healthy Phoenix will pose a threat to all opponents.

Good thing about their conflict is they don't really settle in a physical violence, but they put up numbers and fill the stat sheet and outplaying each other. That's what the fans wants to see between an individual rivalry.
Phoenix and Mavs had a good game as well as the superstars for both teams. Looking forward for both of these teams in the playoffs. Hope they'll have to face each other in a 7 game series.

I'm also looking forward to see that, their rivalry might happen again in the upcoming playoffs because both teams already got a good chance of participating the said series and for sure there are also a lot of fans out there from the respective teams who are also looking forward for the same thing like us.

Probably, this time, the Phoenix Suns can give some resistance towards the Mavericks and what happened last playoffs might not happen this time as the Suns are now heavier in terms of defense and especially their offense. Hopefully CP3 will be consistent enough because he now got more chances to finally have his own championship ring.

Just take it as part of entertainment since both guys want to prove something and maybe they don't like each other since they see their selves as close rivals. And its also fun to watch those guys trash talking to each other since this heat up the game and we can see a great duel between them. If they reach up to playoffs then Suns and Mavs will face up then this is exciting game to watch since for sure we can see more heated arguments between those guys.
Likely that's it, people love some altercations. For me, even with the addition of Durant, Mavs has still a chance to beat them if both Luka and Kyrie are healthy and I hope they end up taking the first round in the playoffs or even second round.

Not new. Booker did the same thing before against Luka, it even went further that even the coaches are getting involved especially, Coach Monty.
Remember, they met last year in the 2nd round of the playoffs where the Mavs won so this rivalry is still there, just sleeping and maybe starting to wake up again as the playoffs gets near.
I think not bad for the Pelicans too since the rivalry was still there regarding the dunk with 1 second left in the clock, they got a good match if only Zion is there but this guy is prone to injuries.

That's a friendly rivalry between them. No need to put physical violence or anything that will ruin their reputation. Just trash talks is enough. Even Luka said that it was nothing, but said words directly to Booker after that.

What Booker did on the final seconds of that game is kind of funny because if he really wanted to do that, he must've done it during or on the mid-game, and not when they are already winning. Well, the quote of Luka really is applicable to him. Everybody's acting though when they're up. Cheesy

Anyway, these kind of dramas are what the fans are loving for. They need to spice things up, and what's the way to do it? Rivalries. Like the Jordan-Thomas back in the 80's or the Lebron-Curry rivalry when they met in the NBA Finals 4 times. Fans love these kind of rivalries, and I would love to see these 2 teams match-up again in the playoffs.

The New York Knicks could possibly continue their winning streak for the 10th time. Later, they will be up against the Charlotte Hornets with an injured LaMelo Ball. I don't think they could answer offensively without their star around. I mean, he had been the life of that team and now that he is out, they will just keep on losing more games. Furthermore, the Knicks had been playing like it's always their night either at home or in the road. 5 home wins and 4 on the road, two of those wins are from the strongest team in the East, the Celtics.
I was planning on betting big on them but the odds @1.21 for ML is obviously too low and not worth the risk. I understand that they've been playing like crazy but I'm not that comfortable putting a larger amount. The -10 handicap @1.81 is more attractive for me but I'll just lower the bet size. They will most likely cover that given their momentum and LaMelo's absence.

They're both funny and making good entertainment for the league and that's how it should be when players wanted to compete with one another not putting their rivalry up to the point they hate each other outside the court. after all, this is just a game and they are playing very well to represent their team which is really their main goal and at the same time, to make some name for themselves and not cause any trouble. As I read some comments on social media, everyone wanted to see them playing in the NBA playoffs in a 7 games series which is really a good idea.

Both of them are very sophisticated players. They are not going to engage in any physical contact. But of course, they are going to try to outperform each other and put on a great show for the fans, that's how it should be.

They also understand that this is just a game. I believe they are very well known for the Poole incident that happened. So they are going to try to show that they are better than the other by putting on a great performance and of course giving a stern look whenever they do an unbelievable dunk.

Scott Foster must have had money on the Nuggets to win. That technical on Scottie Barnes at the end of the game was crazy. Even the other ref didn’t know what was going on. When he retires the NBA players will rejoice.

I went all in on Nuggets -6.5 and they only played good in the last 5 minutes.
That was a BS tech on Barnes though, I still don't know what he said lol.
I also put in a very small amount on this game yesterday, could not watch it as i was asleep at the time the game was being played, it was played around 3-4 am in my country's time zone.
I only woke up this morning, checked my stake account to discover we lost the bet, I am not bothered about it at all because like I stated yesterday, i only put in small amount on it, an amount i was very comfortable loosing, and as long as i am in my right senses, this is how my bets would always be as from now on, ive learnt a bitter lesson last year, when i went all in on a match and end up losing all my money, that will never happen to me again.
