That's normal for PBA, they don't give an advance odds unlike the NBA where the odds are already available after the game.
It's 100% sure that the odds will be available tomorrow, if not in the morning then it should be by afternoon based on my observation in the past.

It isn't normal. Before the pandemic, some of the crypto-sportsbooks already have an available bet for PBA, at least 2 days before the game. Today is not usual as even fiat sportsbook doesn't have an open available bet.

I think the reason is, game scheduled just recently out. Maybe it will be changed once PBA now officially started and we should now see early available bets from then. But tomorrow, expect the market odds will be out surely.

Tonight or tomorrow the odds would be available. I missed my parlay in PBA, I usually try my luck with underdogs ML parlay and sometimes it will hit. I still remember my 500 PHP equivalent  in BTC have won 35,000 PHP because of parlay. Also, the winning margin is a good bet for dogs as sometimes they win by huge margin and upset the team favorite.

641 consecutive games? Shocked

I didn't know that LA Tenorio is by far the only player that doesn't skip with his games in his whole PBA career either for his own reason or injury.

Really surprising as I thought he skipped at least 1 game by then. Searching other information, if only he didn't suffered an injury way back 2002, he might also have a perfect streak on his Ateneo days. And what's more surprising? He isn't that disciplined in terms of taking care of his body lol.

That was really a good record, LA Tenorio plays like a real PG and he was not so aggressive driving the ball so the chance of getting injured is very less, he is also very careful in the ring and maybe just blessed at the same time to stay healthy for many seasons.

By the way, I checked the odds and it seems it's not available yet even now, so the best chance to see it is by tomorrow, one day before the opening.

I hope he can play, Ginebra is a different team without him.

It's not that Ginebra really needs him but damn, his record was SUPERB.

LA Tenorio didn't miss any single game since he was drafted. He played for 641 consecutive games already.

He will be a game-time decision on Sunday. Hope he played, even at 5 minutes to continue the streak.

I also hope he can play to continue this record but if it would compromise his health then i think it would be good for L.A. to buy some time so that his injury will fully heal and enter the bubble at a later time. His record of playing 641 consecutive games is very hard to break and i think he will be the lone man in the PBA that would be called the "IRON MAN".

That's awesome! He's great commanding inside so he's presence still needed by Ginebra. I'm not aware with this streak that you've mentioned, but it's really a superb attitude loving this sport.

Hopefully he'll be there and continue the streak and continue entertaining he's fans and the whole Brgy. nation.

Kidding aside the Boy shows in Interest in following His fathers steps, there has no even a single News about Bimby is involving into basketball or even in any sports so i guess we can't expect him stepping in PBA Court wearing rubber shoes.

Yeah, that's no kidding, that's the reality, the boy has no interest in basketball so no chance he will be a PBA player or even if he has, he still have to prove that he deserve to be in the PBA, Bimby might his mom's passion than of his father's, that my opinion.

Opening games in this bubble.

~snip

I'm also excited for the PBA to resume.

Even in our local bookie, https://sports.msw.ph/en/sports/coupons/66.. there's no odds available yet.

They have something like PBA Futures, like in the NBA.

Opening games in this bubble.

https://www.pba.ph/schedule

The opening will be this Sunday, hopefully the odds will already be available by Friday or Saturday so we can place our bet early.

What's your picks in the opening games?

I think I would put my money on the NLEX and ACES as probably they will be the underdog and usually underdog wins early in the conference.

On the other news;

'Iron Man' streak in danger as LA Tenorio yet to get doc's clearance

Quote
CLARK FREEPORT – Veteran LA Tenorio has finally joined Barangay Ginebra inside the PBA bubble on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the league’s ‘Iron Man’ brought some bad news with him.

The 36-year-old Tenorio has yet to get clearnace from his doctor whether he can already suit up right away in the PBA restart that kicks off on Sunday.

I hope he can play, Ginebra is a different team without him.

Lol, if only Bimby grew up with his father then maybe he would follow the footstep of his father of being one of the legend of the PBA.

Growing up besides his mother, Bimby is so girly  Grin. He only inherited the genes of his father but not the moves of a basketball player.

On the other hand, the younger Yap needs not play basketball to earn money as this kid is a millionaire or even a billionaire.

Unfortunately he grow up with a sensitive mother and for his aged he doesn't get any basketball training which makes him out of his potential, the genes of big game James wasted due to his mother.

Although he doesn't need to play since he's millionaire already but if bimby have really passion to play just like his father then money is not an issue here.

If I will answer this seriously (lol):

6-Footer at the of the age of 13th, the height that every basketball enthusiast of PH desires. However, not seeing that kid with a passion for playing basketball. It's not about the money nor wealth but the kid didn't show any signs of interest that he wants to enter the basketball world.

More on, I think he is likely prepared for taking business. And for let's say we will disregard all of our thoughts that he won't be playing basketball, he won't be the next James Yap either but as a usual cager or role player. I think Bimby can go on a max 6'6".

I didn't know the Japeth Aguilar and LA Tenorio are not included when Brgy. Ginebra enters the bubble. It's just today when LA Tenorio enters the bubble because he underwent laparoscopic surgery last week. And since he's late, his Swab Test just also recently done, and now waiting for the result. Japeth Aguilar expected to enter today, Thursday, PH time.

The league now approved a new rule that imposes no deadline for late newcomers.

But still, once a person gets out of the bubble, they can't enter again.

I'M EXPECTING A SERIOUS ANSWER.... Grin

I considered this as an off-topic lol

Lots of memes popping on Facebook these past weeks, and surprisingly Bimby really grows taller this quarantine period. We have seen that on every photo that Kris Aquino is posting on social media. But does he have any passion on basketball? I don't see anything from him that he has. I don't see any picture of him that he is playing basketball. He is too soft in my perspective, his endurance is low from what I am seeing for him far away. Honestly speaking, he can be a good basketball player if he will work for it.

It starts with the passion, without it, Bimby would not be a basketball player.

They are from a rich family, they already have everything, if Bimby will plan to be an artist, he can have that opportunity due to their influence, so I don't really think he will become a basketball player where games are too physical and I'm afraid Bimby's defender will be sued by Kris Aquino if Bimby will be hurt. Forget about this topic, no one sees from us he was the potential in basketball.

I think that James Yap is thinking about teaching his son about playing basketball when he saw the height of his son. His son could have a future in basketball with his height that could be an advantage in playing basketball. Other than that as early as his son practicing  playing basketball higher chances that could also do what his father like getting an MVP title in the basketball. Whatever James Yap though about the growth of his son I thin it is for the best of his son and I am only speculating about letting his son join in basketball.

I understand Bolick's situation. It's risky to just put him back again on an actual game.

Reinjury might happen if Northport will push him to play.

Reviewing his injury, it was October last year. Medical says that he needs 8 months to recover but that was just for the torn ACL. After healing, it still needs another round of healing period including how his body will perform. He needs more practice as there's a worry for sure on his part. Northport can comeback healthy again at the next conference.

We can't do anything if it's the decision of the medical team and the team management, let us not speculate on anything, that's wrong not to play him if he is capable, we know he has a good market value but that is cheating by the team not allow him to preserve him.

Torn ACL is serious injury of a player and might that will he will not get back in his shape when he return but hopefully he can recover well since it's really nice to have the king lion on the rotation since his contribution is so valuable. But good thing they put him at rest since he will totally destroy his career if he or the management will push him to play.
