Egypt has an advantage when traveling to Senegal! The playoffs are the toughest ever, with all the rivalries and suspensions. I'll just watch what Senegal does. Italy's defeat should not have happened if they could have built a more creative and effective attack. Like you said North Macedonia can't do anything
but play defensively and that's what they did throughout the game. Unfortunately the attack that was built by Italy was too hasty, the Italian players

Italy have failed to qualify for world cups twice in a row, 2018 and 2022, and it's the first time in their history. It's quite unfortunate for them after winning Euro 2020. They beat England to win the cup. Italy worst nightmare was when they got Eliminated from the world cup for the second time. Though they put in their best, you needed to see how hungry for a goal they were in the game between North Macedonia. Their defeat was shocking and unbelievable, despite playing and dominated the game. North Macedonia didn't come after possession but rather came after a goal, they played a defensive football and scored at stoppage time. My sympathy for Italy, for I know how badly they needed to qualify. The player that is emotionally down when they lost to North Macedonia was Marco Verratti, in his last 5 games both at club and country.3-1 lost to Nantes
