I started new order (order ID 58360 and 58355) I send them money, they received the money(It's clearly visible in Order Status) and... absolutely nothing happened since then.

They didn't  complete the order, they didn't refund me.
They didn't answer my emails not even once.
They completely ignore my existence.

Entire month passed and my order status is still in "money received" state

Sent 2 BTC (840 euros) ten days ago to get a SEPA transfer in euros from 24changes  to a Veritas prepaid card.
Still nothing !
24changes says that order (56437) is completed but nothing on the Veritas card.
I asked Veritas, they need the transfer info (sender Iban, bank name...) to investigate.
I asked twice 24changes for that information... still no response !  Huh

Scam or not scam ?

The payment was received today.
I think the problem was on the Veritas Card side.
So, 24changes : NOT SCAM.

A final update after my last post on February 15th:

After finally getting an answer from 24Change saying that Liqpay did not process my creditcard payment AND that they made a mistake in refunding my money (34 EU back instead of EU.300 back), I did receive my final refund.

So I did get my refund after more then two weeks of sending emails and trying to get a response from the infamous and mostly mute "Raphael".

I did however lose EU.16 because of the RUB/ EUR exchange rate having changed negatively over the 2 week period.

So 24Change does seem to solve all it's issues eventually, but they have alot to learn when it comes to customer service and succesfully handeling and completing transactions.

I really hope they will learn from this and let people know what's going on with their money, because I know what a shitty feeling it is to have your money stuck and not hear anything of what's going on.

24Change: Please learn from this and be more helpful to your customers from beginning to end of transaction.

Paxum to paypal exchange , i managed to get them online support they sayd it will be completed today ( that was 2 days ago ).
