...compared to say u.s. dollar bills which you can hold in your hand or stuff in your mattress.

this is why bitcoins will not go mainstream because majority of human beings on this planet do not have access to a computer.

successful gold standards are things like toyota trucks, ak-47's, u.s. c-notes which thrive in places like afghanistan and africa.

I would tend to disagree although many people don't have computers and have no way of accessing still bitcoin was able to survive without many supporters and members still I could say bitcoin will never fail.

I'm sorry but Bitcoin is so young. All you need is a smartphone with an internet connection. And in my country a smartphone can be purchased for as little as $50. Here in India, it is estimated that some 300 million people use smartphones, which is close to one-fourth of the total population.

How can Bitcoin fail if 60% of world population cannot access computer there are another 40% there are access to computer since Bitcoin number is limited to 21 million Bitcoins available and if all the world populations are available with the access of computer and uses Bitcoin then it will reach to zero. Now even 50% of the worlds population are not aware of computer and have no access to have internet so we can assume that there are poor people than rich people and so the rich can use Bitcoin so we can conclude that Bitcoins will not fail.

As far as I know, bitcoin use isn't only accessible by a computer but can also be accessed by smartphone.
Bitcoin fails not because "60% of the world's population can not access computers" but is thwarted by the government in a variety of ways, one of which is in the form of prohibitions and strict regulations imposed by some countries.

You can update the Blockchain via satellite. You can also do your txns this way.
Or you can send and receive transactions via a simple Nokia feature phone, thanks to SMS!!
You don't need to have access to the internet to interact and participate with the Bitcoin protocol.

if only 60% and still there are 40% who can still access the computer and can connect with the internet then bitcoin will still be able to exist and still can still be outstanding, whereas if 100% computer and internet die then bitcoin will die.

People will only need smartphones to access bitcoin online and to think about mainstream it can be happen soon. Let the people understand about cryptocurrency and it will follow the mass adoption.

Yes, in some point you are correct but if you think wisely, you could think that our world would be a generation of technology so it means your speculation has nothing against bitcoin.

And in 1 year? 10 years? Make the time do the job, internet and technology are spreading like bugs, so it is only a matter of time to make 80+% percentage of people, who HAVE computer

Hmm, I think you misunderstood why bitcoin is existing.  Bitcoin was invented to be a decentralized currency through block chain technology.  It was never meant for bitcoin to be mainstream used.  Even though it is just us who are more knowledgeable about technology and have the tools to do it,  it is okay as long as techy people are using it.  Good thing,  bitcoin is now are used by even ordinary people.

its insignificant, that 60% cant use digital devices to use cryptocurrencies. bitcoin will fail nevertheless

the cryptos will still be able to work if the digital developed world continues to lead the developing world that cant access those devices, because then their leadership/elite will do that.

BTC has been sought after by many people. The world economy has also continued to develop. More people will use the Internet, and more people will know BTC!
So BTC will be successful!

I don't think so, even a beggar now a days can use and know how to use computer via net shops, but the problem is no one will teach them about it and the dipper details of Bitcoin.

Yet again we have guys that sell kidney's and buying iPhones with that money.
New generations will adopt the technology better. Global internet for everyone and stuff...just be patient.
Such a narrow minded , those numbers of 60% also didn't have a big impact on world economics growth . We are who uses technology who did it. Even though the statistics say so I agree with you that the new generation always produce something better when they have got a benefit on all of these Bitcoin technology. This is just the matter of effectiveness not only numbers.

bitcoin cannot become a main single coin but with bitcoin and fiat they become a good combo. there are advantages and disadvantages in bitcoin as well as fiat but if the two coexist it will be good. bitcoin will still continue but not all can use it.

The world’s populations grow each day. If 40% of the populations cut trade bitcoins up to 20k, imagine what 60-80% of a much younger populations can do in the next 20-30 years

in order btc to be successful it is not meant to have access everywhere but to be adopted by the rich usually because when they adopt than those places will have some gadgets in any way to get access.

First crypto index traded as a token!
It is a fact that not everyone has access to modern technology like a computer and internet. But it's also true that there are more poor people than rich. So, for now bitcoin is for the happy few. That does not mean bitcoin will fail.
