This is your decision. If you trust this two coin, you should confidently invest this two coin for $ 600. But to be safe, I think you should invest in ETH to be better than this two coin.

I think that it is all upto you, but i would definetely invest them on strong projects like Ethereum or Bitcoin, or just go to a more risky level and invest on coins that are not on the top 15 at the moment. That is gonna be profitable on a near future

cheaper coins can be an option, there are so many potential cheap coins like neo, cardano, ethereum where now the coin is experiencing a price reduction. so I think with only $ 600 can be used as one of the benchmarks for investment.

actually i am more interested in elixir than on telcoin. well, we know that the current price of elixir is rising quite high, while telcoin has a fairly low price. but, most likely telcoin also has the potential to have a high price. well, I think both have the same potential. So, follow the instinct you have.
