First, of all, I want to say that if you have $700 then a good amount you have I think. If you want to invest now then look at the ETH price now. Actually now it's price is about $225+
I think buying ETH is a good option for you. Because if you can hold about 3 ETH and wait almost 2 months then something good result will come I believe.
