At present, the entire crypto market is trading very low. For us, a fund of 700 USD is quite good for capital to invest in cryptocurrency. My advice's that you should invest it on coins that have a good reputation in the market cap.

If your looking for gains the largest potential exist in small cap coins with strong tech and use potential. The most underground gem I know of that meets all these criteria is Spectrecoin or "Xspec". It's a strong privacy coin that boast a unique combination of features. At it's ATH it was $6.00 this was during 2017's bull run. It is now under .30 cents. The coin went through a restructuring period and has now emerged stronger then ever with a solid roadmap and fresh development team behind it. With it's positive new direction I don't see why Xspec can't at the very least reach its previous all time high during the next bull run. It would definitely be a volatile investment and one that would require a bit of patience from you as an investor but in all honesty I can't think of a coin that could offer better returns then Xspec. You really have to define for yourself what you want most or can handle as an investor. I have a feeling the crypto market is still set for more stormy seas, the investors who are patient will probably reap the most reward. However if your looking for a quick buck it's hard to say there may be better coins to throw your money at.

I would suggest to invest in something which can be future of tomorrow, and EOS is the coin which looks promising and got great potential, being a smart contact platform, many project would come under EOS contracts, just like Ethereum, price is down now. so may be u can get more coins and u can long hold them. And if u want to play it safe, Bitcoin is an evergreen option u can buy.

yup, buying ETH will be a great choice now, however we must think carefully becasue we dont know will ETH keep dropping in the future or not, it will be dangerous if we invest rightnow but the price keep falling without slowing down, but in generally it is still worthy for us to invest in a long term altcoin like ETH.
