Do you interest to invest short term or long term? I think you should try to invest in long term. Now crypto market is too risky so long term investment is badly needed to earn profit. You can invest your half amount in ETH and another half in waves and trx. Trade your own risk.

Now for $ 700 you can buy almost 3 eth and I think it will be a good investment, and for eth you can buy altcoins but not all the money.
