We need some nodes. A week ago, Cryptopia had like 8 what looked to be permanent nodes, now zero. I was fully in sync, on the correct chain, and now 0 peers connected, just a few hours behind. Also would like a Slack invite.

I've run a permanent node for 8 bit for like 4-5 months now... thought I was ready to give up a while ago, but I just couldn't.
This is still a cool coin, and the community is obviously still here, just in hiding.
What do you guys want to do at this point? Should we stay here in waiting, continue to maintain the volume on trex (I know one of you is doing it, thank you), and hope for the best? (the level i've fallen too)
Do we pool our btc and hire someone? Do we hire someone with a HUGE bag of 8bit?

Sure it is. There's a new wave of people & capital in crypto, this is excellent impulse to move forward. We survived several months of stagnation, while dozens (hundreds?) of coins removed from serious exchanges due to lack of volume and interest, hundreds of blockchains forked to hell or died stuck with no one on board to fix them. Now we got a second wind (like actually many other coins) and it would be really stupid to ignore this opportunity.Bravo, it's logic like this that I can get behind.
I just hope that after the general pump settles down, they will stay, i like 8bit as i engaged a long time ago into this project, i would be sad to see people living.

It would be nice to see this back on track again. Excited for the new ANN. I guess take your time with it though as everyone will be so critical thinking it's just another MN coin coming out of the woodwork...even if it is.
