I hope that yobit will be resumed by the development of Droidz. Smiley

considering yobit won't collaborate easily, the available supply of this coin on c-cex is gold.

it seems this is the case ...

yobit seem to be too busy to deal with issues of the exchange - let alone doing the duty for the customers that trade there ...

im appalled ... my advice is to stay away from that exchange - and DO NOT trade there ... move all the coins to ccex if you wish to trade anything at all ...

if these coins are actually lost to them - then your implication is correct ... the remaining droidz in the system IS worth a lot more ...

the issue unfortunately - is that for those that have THEIR OWN coins in that exchange - may be lost until yobit do something about it ... for those that do - CONTINUE to email and post on twitter and facebook - or any other place you can think of to get their attention ...

I also sent a message to yobit, but I have not heard back. Embarrassed

none of us have mate ...

even theboss ( gownam ) - of cwi ...

dont hold your breath ... we are considering a number of options with this ... as we dont want ANY of our coins with such a non-service oriented exchange that causes this much hassle and disruption to our projects AND our communities ...

much coins will be lost if they dont fix this soon ...

so I sent this angry letter to yobit support. Lets see if they will respond at all

"I've been hearing all over the internet that yobit is scammy website, but boy do you live up to the expectations! Droidz are available on c-cex and withdrawal from there is possible. Yet not here. you make it seem like withdrawal is available here, wallet is green, once someone buys them, and attempts withdrawal, then he finds out he has coins stuck here for unlimited time. Believe it or not, not everybody looks at what DRZ explorer says, is it 38 thousand blocks or 25 thousand.  Developer sent you all the details you needed to  fix the withdrawal issue, but you still act like coin is on a fork. So what is it, do you require couple of bitcoins to make drz available for withdrawal? a lot of users have drz stuck here, so you might be able to milk us for few bitcoins in order to fix this mess."

tanx mate ...

quite aggressive - but right to the point ...

we have messaged them twice now ... one was a support ticket - the other a maintenance ticket - and they are STILL pending ... the last time we dealt with yobit on these issues - it took them three months to comply ... then while this project went to sleep because of our issues ( soopy and myself - im accepting as much blame as soopy disappearing for months at a time ) - so many people messaged yobit - including myself and greedyjohn with still no resolve ...

so we appreciate your hounding for the wallet to be recompiled via our cwi-git - and resynced if possible ( which will mean a week of waiting - but at least it would be done then ) ...

we dont mind paying for the work that they do - but not when its done in the way they do it - where all our coins are to ransom so they get more btc ( as well as ALL the trading fees AND the original cost to get onto the exchange in the first place ) ... quite uncouth and morally deficient in my opinion and certainly NOT where cwi trade any of our coins - even though one of our other coins is there also - ozc ...

its actually quite sad also - as the interface and the exchange itself - is actually quite nice to use ... if only the backup 'support' and 'service' was anything other than what it is now ...

tanx again ...

I've received a PM from greedyjohn, but I've never traded this coin, I don't have it. And looks like it made like a dozen of takeover, it should be very great if you don't let it die

c-cex is the best solution and pretty much the only one as Yobit does the usual shenanigans.

Droidz wallet sync is completed. Smiley
Is the exchange c-cex only?
yobit to become tradable?

droidz brought me to c-cex, i never used that exchanger before and so far i like the interface.

some interesting plays in the order book, bit of a accumulators' fight.

Can anyone upload the Droidz database folder, txleveldb folder, blk0001.dat?
Synchronization does not seem to proceed at all even if node is set up.
Network Traffic also remains 0 for IN and OUT.

hi p3ngu1n ...

the seednodes WILL accept sync requests if they asked for it ...

these issues usually tend to be windows based issues - so the assumption is that you have a windows system ...

to alleviate any issues before we go the next step - we need to check a number of things here ...

- that the droidz.conf file is correntc and spelled that way - in lower case ...
- that the droidz.conf file is in the correct place - which should be in the droidz wallet folder ( folder named Droidz-V2 ) ...
- that the contents of the droidz.conf file is correct ... so please publish your content WITHOUT the rpcuser= and rpcpassword= details ...
- if a modem router is used that the port being used in the port= value is forwarded to your computer ip that the wallet resides ...
- a 'decent' amount of time has expired for the connections to take place ... what a 'decent' amount is will be determined by your connection though 7mins should be enough to start ...

if all these things are setup correctly - then we can look at starting this wallet with a blockchain copy - or ( in my opinion better ) a bootstrap - which we can supply ...

i hope this helps you - as i dont know the level of competency you have - so for all i know you may have already gone through all these things ...

addnode=drz-seed01.chainworksindustries.com - along with all the other seednode addresses ( drz-seed02 - drz-seed03 - etc ) WILL work if enough time is given for the wallet to locate the dns seeds ...

let us know if you have any further issues with sync ...

btw - when you DO start syncing - it takes a VERY LONG TIME ...

all these things will be fixed in future revisions of the code / wallet releases ...

#crysx

ah sorry, the cause was discovered.
I was running PeerBlock, but it seems this was the cause.
Sync started when droidz was started after temporarily stopping PeerBlock.
Thank you for advice for me. Smiley

no problem ...

im glad the cause was found ... and you are on your way to syncing ...

be aware though that the sync is going to take a long time - days if not hours ... so please be patient ...

any trading you wish to do - please do at ccex ...

let's see what we have here..

sleeping coin: check

working chain: check

takeover by respectable dev: check

low available supply: check

masternode governance: check

and the accumulation started...

Smiley ...

if there is anything that can be done on our end with the yobit issue - please inform us ...

so far - contact has been made to their support - and no response to date from them ... so if anyone can help with approaching them as well - that might be helpful in the cause to get their daemon and code updated so that they can be on the right chain as the rest of us - and trading can continue ... though with their track record - i would be hard pressed to use their exchange for such transactions - regardless of how 'nice' their exchange is ...

so our suggestion would be to use ccex - and continue using ccex ... especially if yobit DO end up fixing THEIR issue - which would ease the transfer of droidz TO ccex ...

accumulation can be started effectively without problems at ccex as is ... Wink ...

My droidz.conf is now like this, but is there other nodes?

Quote
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
rpcuser=YOUR USER NAME HERE
rpcpassword=YOUR PASSWORD HERE
rpcport=5915
port=5914
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
addnode=drz-seed01.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed02.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed03.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed04.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed1.granitecoin.com
addnode=drz-seed2.granitecoin.com
addnode=drz-seed3.granitecoin.com

hi p3ngu1n,

i would rewrite you conf as below - due to the removal of all granitecoin.com seeds ... the cwi-seednode are the only ones you would need IF you are having issues syncing ...

Code:
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
staking=1

rpcuser=YOUR USER NAME HERE
rpcpassword=YOUR PASSWORD HERE

rpcport=5915
port=5914
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1

addnode=drz-seed01.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed02.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=drz-seed03.chainworksindustries.com

you CAN add the rest of the seednodes that are currently active in the cwi-seednode system - but there would not really be any need for them ...

the seednodes go right up to drz-seed70.chainworksindustries.com now - but only the first 19 are currently active - with the rest coming online in the coming months ... this goes for all the coins that are 'cwi-owned' - which means granite ( grn-seed01 - grn-seed70 )  and ozziecoin ( ozc-seed01 - ozc-seed70 ) - all through the chainworksindustries.com domain ...

with the new code that is currently in the cwi-git - you would not need to add any nodes to the conf file - as all 70seednodes are hardcoded for all three current coins ...

the addition of the 'staking=1' ensures that while your wallet IS open - you are staking your coins to get your rewards ... drz if PoS only currently - grn and ozc are PoW only currently ... all this will change when the full rebase of all these coins are done ...

drz is being considered to be a hybrid again - where PoW could be reintroduced - depending on what happens to the coins worldwide ... especially in the exchanges ...

#crysx
