Would you rather buy a house to live in or rent an apartment to invest in bitcoin  Since bitcoin is experiencing bear what decision will you take make use of the season or let it pass.
I also think that buying a house is a good thing compared to renting an apartment. Buying a house will be completely our property, while renting an apartment only spends routine money without having rights to the apartment and in the end we also have to buy a house. Meanwhile, investing in Bitcoin will also be more flexible when our main needs have been realized, namely a house.

The cost in the apartment is very expensive, and the value of the apartment will continue to decline while the price of the house will continue to increase, the apartment is only suitable for those who already have excess money, but don't ever make it as the first home.

This is a technical question that needs a technical answer. Here we are talking about Investment, and concerning Investment issue I prefer renting than to buy at the moment because the profit that will be maked from the Investment can be used to build house and if you buy house at the initial time and no money to start Investment, you loss all.
Investment is the best. Invest and enjoy your life in the nearest future.
Yes, that is the simple answer to that question buy potential stable coins and hold now and enjoy your life in the nearest future than purchase house that will only protect you for a while but it will not add income to your incomes in the nearest future.Buy houses and live is not an investment than it will make you to spend more money on that house renovations in  every year or every two two years, which is not advisable to investors to buy house than to invest in Bitcoin for future purpose.

If only that was always true, then how lucky are those who buy and invest in bitcoin in the current downturn.
The problem is that there is no guarantee and certainty that the cycle will repeat itself which will bring you long term benefits. Since bitcoin is a highly volatile asset you should really have some concern about its future. You can minimize worries if you invest in anything you can afford to lose.
It's just a matter of time and patience until you reach the maximum investment value, so that you can find a definite answer to the investment.
The bitcoin journey cycle will find corrections and pumps, so risk and volatility cannot be ignored in investing in bitcoin, but when the cycle finds a way to pump and reach ATH then the process will definitely happen, it's just that we can't guarantee the current time and year, according to with proper analysis and prediction.

In the end I can tell you that invest in something once you consider the financial consequences, risks and safety. If you never feel safe investing in bitcoin, then maybe you should choose another investment asset over bitcoin. So be wise about investing.
Obviously all forms of investment have a level of risk, not only in the form of investing in bitcoin, the consequences of risk and security are something that needs to be considered, so that investment decisions are really mature.
Only three forms of safe investment in my opinion?

  • Land
  • Gold
  • Bitcoin

However, because of the discussion we are talking about bitcoin, so I focus more on this discussion, Fluctuating is another part before the achievement of higher prices, we can study the bitcoin cycle list from 2017 to 2021, there we will find certainty about investment in bitcoins.

The best investment advice I heard from a guy who was a successful real estate broker was: save up as much as you're able to because each saved up bill works for you, while the same bill spent on more expensive food, drinks, rides, women, makes you lazy. Hard living makes hard men and if you can do it for a while you'll not only be stronger mentally but also have more money.

He actually lived like that, driving a cheap car and renting an apartment with a friend to share the expenses and investing the money into apartments for rent and land. He got hist first apartment from the money he saved up and another 2 on credit. After 15 years they were all paid for and mortgage free and making him money.

I'd rent a flat and put the rest into bitcoin.

Well, sometimes some things are easier to be said than done. Not everyone is in the same position, and for sure we don't have the same opportunities. As always, the old saying "not everything is for everyone" applies. But one of the common factors for all is certainly renunciation. Nothing is achieved without hard work that requires a lot of sacrifices.

I made a decision to invest in the house I live with my family (wife and kids)... A safe and warm home is my priority, I am trying not to burn all the money I have, but things got pretty expensive in the last months, and it's difficult to do anything (and finish it before the winter) without selling some assets. It's either that or borrowing money, but I simply don't like to owe any money to anyone!

If the question you are asking at this time of course we have a very big consideration, especially with the economy that is currently unstable, of course some of us do not want to take risks with uncertain things, for example as you said by renting an apartment and investing in bitcoin, of course this is a great hope that we want to get to be able to add to our assets in the future even though this is not necessarily our way but with great confidence and ready to take risks then we will definitely get this, but we must have great patience because the rise of bitcoin for the future we do not yet know when this will happen.

And don't worry, bitcoin is in a bear market condition, someone can invest in bitcoin, because the process of achieving ATH like the previous year will follow again, if we can be patient and don't panic. Consider the risks you are comfortable with, and don't worry about investing in bitcoin.

Did you know that every decision we take will experience different risks, the need to buy a house is usually for people who are already married, because we don't always live depending on our parents.
But if you still live with your parents, taking the step of investing in bitcoin, or renting an apartment is a good decision.

And don't worry, bitcoin is in a bear market condition, someone can invest in bitcoin, because the process of achieving ATH like the previous year will follow again, if we can be patient and don't panic. Consider the risks you are comfortable with, and don't worry about investing in bitcoin.

I still prefer to buy a house. Because living in your own home is more comfortable and free. But not sure, everyone is different. Some may choose to rent an apartment, or some may also choose to buy a house.

Depends on one's comfort. If he is comfortable with his own house, he will definitely buy a house. And if he is comfortable with an apartment, he will live by renting an apartment. But it all depends on the economy and one's circumstances.
Free? I think you need to pay taxes too if you have your own house and lot while this are not experienced if you will only rent a house. The owner of that house are the one's that will pay it. The only catch is that you are also paying them for staying there.

You can still live comfortably because some owners will allow you to redesign the house. Other reasons on why a person prefer to rent a house is that they will now be closer to their work area. They can save transportation expenses this way and it is still possible for them to invest in bitcoin. Btc isn't that important but a shelter is. Once everything is settled, that is the time we can invest peacefully with btc.

It is a risk vs reward situation of the decisions we make based on what utility we need. If you feel like you have a bigger vision for your future life, it's highly recommended that you start your search to buy a home and live in it. If you have enough money left over, go ahead and invest in bitcoin meaning in one for living and the other for investment.

One must be able to make a decision at all cost and by all means in other to have a stand, what you now decided determines the results you get as an output latwr in life, many are in their current situation all because of the decision been made in the past and it really affected their presence life either positively or negatively, but if you must invest then not in liability that will turn a hook on your neck, whatever you do that does not bring income to you is a liability, bitcoin is a good and advisable means to start an investment with provided that you know how to go about it, there will always be profitability at the end over time with enough patience.

If I have more than 1 house then I dare to sell and use for investment, but because this is a difficult choice that is selling the house then I have to rent it then I will not do it, it will be stressed if after buying the project drops as happened to Luna or Bearish market conditions until now
Because considering the market conditions that will always be the same every year, investing through the money from renting a house to someone else, I think it's much better than having to sell a house to carry out the investment.

Because when someone has money to invest, he will definitely choose an investment asset that is better than everything because not all cryptocurrencies can be the same as Luna. So don't think all those investments can end up the same as Luna if you are familiar with more cryptocurrencies by now.

If this question was directed to me 10 years ago, I will certainly be renting an apartment and investing in some bitcoin to grow my bank a/c because going with the other option of buying the house now will be kind of a liability on my pocket as this won't have any returns and will be demanding for house maintenance to keep it in good shape.

But if this was going to happen today am going for the house and put it up for rent Roll Eyes

I guess, Rent an apartment to live to invest in Bitcoin is better because buy house and live will not bring you any income than to make you spend more money in the areas of security, roads and water. But rent an apartment to live to invest in Bitcoin will make you to have a positive hope that whenever Bitcoin price rise higher in the market is an opportunity for you to sell to make a passive profits to pay your house rent and to do other things that will bring more money to increase your capital to buy more Bitcoin and hold for another bull to come.

I would rather buy a new house where I could live comfortably every day and just work hard to have enough savings to invest in Bitcoin. The rent that I should be paying will only be added to my savings and invested in Bitcoin. We don't have to sacrifice everything just to invest in Bitcoin. We can take one step at a time because the opportunity of investing is always open for everyone. We don't have to rush things our especially if we couldn't really afford them.

A bear market is a perfect time to invest. Buying a house can wait a couple of more years but if I miss this bear season this could be my last one. As far as my economical knowledge goes investing in a house is not profitable at all because of the sector of expenses it opens up for the rest of my life. Having a house to live in is necessary but it is not the most important thing. The most important thing is to invest and buy assets so that I can get out of rat races.

I would like to invest my money in bitcoin and in the next bull season, I want to buy a house from the gain which I will get from my investment in bitcoin.

I greatly agree, thinking ahead, if we are only renting, this will cause us non-ending monthly expenses.  Having a house is a better choice to prevent this never-ending monthly rental bill that appreciates yearly.  We can invest in Bitcoin slowly so that it won't impact our financial capability.  If we have money and yet to own a house, I believe buying a house is more appropriate than putting it all in a Bitcoin investment.  The reason behind the statement is that we can invest in Bitcoin in a small amount while we can't buy a house with it.  So after buying a house, we can always have the option of buying Bitcoin in small amounts.  Accumulating Bitcoin in small amounts isn't forbidden ya' know...
Diversify and you should really be that wise when it comes to your money or finances which you shouldnt really that going all in into a particular single point because in case of problems and issues then you would
really be hardly able to cope up or would really be hardly able to recover which its never been wise on doing so.Think up on things which it would really be mostly or likely to end up to be beneficial.
Dont make yourself hurried up on taking up decisions. You should be wise and be intelligent on whatever decisions you would be making.
We are all hoping for financially free kind of lifestyle or status and this is why its just right that you should took up the risk and bare on what are the possible things you might faced.
