There is a truth in that .. but it is not a must I think. I know some traders who are doing great without a good educational background. what I think is a good trader must have a good decision taking ability + little bit luck  Smiley

Is it true to state that every successful trader is an educated trader. We know how trading is tedious, reading of chart, analysing the market and making a decisive decision. Do you agree any successful trader must be an educated?
indeed with educated you will not easily get hokey, but this is not 100% true. because there are still many out there who are not very educated but they can be a true trader with the pengalaman and knowledge they have.

Of course, experience it's the main. But it seems to me that a successful trader should still have at least a minimal knowledge of the economy. This can be compared with the study of foreign languages. Having initial knowledge, with time and gaining experience, you can learn to speak well in another language.

They should be. The altcoin, the team, and the roadmap should be examined carefully so you'll know that you really know what you are holding or trading. Because if you don't and you just bought it because it is cheap then you are just basically burning your money.
A trader should be an educated trader since here in crypto it doesn't only takes a person who are a risk takers but a person who also has a knowledgeable with regarding to cryptocurrencies. In my own opinion yes, those people who are successful in trading are well knowledgeable about the market and that is the reason why they are earning a huge amount of profit, its because they tend to make right decisions.

It is the mindset of successful, professional traders that makes them successful. These traders don’t necessarily have better trading strategies than the average losing trader, but they are infinitely better at executing their trading strategies in a disciplined manner.

The first thing any aspiring trader must do is make the necessary effort to learn the fundamentals of trading: pip values, spreads, order entry, stops, indicators, etc. Trading is a craft and a profession like any other, and to succeed in it one must have a good foundational education. The second step is to settle on a good, sound trading strategy, one that—through demo trading, back testing, or other analysis—you have determined is a strategy more than likely to be profitable overall.

A successful trader is not necessarily an educated trader. In trading on the exchange, the main thing is experience. It's not too complicated. And it's not necessary for this to be a Harvard graduate in order to learn how to trade.

I think that I’m gonna agree that to gain profit from trading, you must be educated. But I’d like to add that successful trader is also a person, who can learn from own mistakes. Nobody was born to be genius and that's okay.

I think educate may be not important, because the best learning in trade is experience and you have to have analysis skill and other skill to knowing where the coin is going to do
In order to understand the processes and variations taking place in the market and the profit making principles and basic rules a trader must get this knowledge and enter into the market with it. It is very important to have this enough knowledge in order to make profit that person will be successful here. However if a person does not have this knowledge then he will not survive in the market without any doubt.

Of course, you can't rely on luck to be come in profit as a trader. For that to happen you certainly needs some sort of knowledge of the markets and make smart predictions to establish your trading strategies.

Indeed he needs because if he would not be educated, he has a great chance to be scammed, or basically to lose all of his money while trading, so before actual process of trading, I suggest for everybody to learn good.

I do not think that for a trader education is so necessary. I believe that a good trader is the one who mostly studied the market and trade.
if a uneducated person is want to become a trader and he cannot read about bitcoin trading so how he will join this currency? so you should think about it because education is most important thing for everyone to win every field, so that's why education for trading is also important and he will earn best profit from this currency because he will proper read about it and he will better know how can trading make me rich.

Education is important (you won't be able to get a decent job without one) but trading is such a field of human activity where just having education like college or university degree is not enough and not even a slightest guarantee of success in this area. As I've written before, many distinguished persons failed in trading despite all their honors and universal recognition. Even some Nobel prize winners in economics failed miserably (here I refer to the infamous LTCM hedge fund). I could even say that formal education may play against you and your odds as it may interfere with your clear and unimpeded perception of the market situation.

In other words, the more educated you are the more you are inclined to think that you "know" how the market should behave. This is a shortcut to failure.
Trading is not an easy procedure but a difficult procedure and more difficult for those who have no knowledge and do not know about the market. a person like this can not handle and face with situations coming during trading while a person with knowledge can handle everything and can reach to the ending point. So it is very necessary to have knowledge of the market first otherwise you will face with problems.

Indeed, trading is not a child's play and pushover by any means but that was not my point. I meant to say that formal education like a college or university degree in economics or whatever in no way guarantees your success in trading, even if you were the best student on the campus. As I see it, in the end it is not about education as a set of skills or even techniques at all. These can be acquired with time. It is more about your character traits, your mentality as well as personality. Obviously, education has nothing to do with these. That's why many successful traders and investors are not properly "educated" in this field because it is not about education.
I believed on that thing also which not all people who do have degree would always have the edge on all sorts of things that do required knowledge.Just like you said it would really be acquired by time.Even if you havent get a degree but your traits and mentality would lead up your own path. Success will always vary on how you do engage up things and not all people can acquire skills into trading.

i don't think so. the cryto market changes everyday so you can not use your IQ to predict it. Do you see Mc Afee? He said he has his own graph and formula. How are his predictions now? All are wrong.
IQ has nothing to do with it but what is the thing you are doing into finding out things? For sure you intellect.

I think it is true. Most of the successful people in the deal I know are educated traders. Their advantage in terms of technical analysis, charts, markets,...etc has made them more successful in trading through the knowledge they have learned.
