Wouldn't the easiest way to weed out spammers be correlation of a single IP address to multiple accounts?
Is it a possibility that someone would go through the trouble of using a proxy/ tor etc for each account so none of them posted from the same address?

The only way to end spam would be to dis-allow signature campaigns.
I know that when I first joined a campaign I got a little excited and made some extra posts.
For someone that really needs the money, they definitely have an incentive to hit the max posts every day.
And for someone who has the skills to program a network of bot accounts and automate their posting, it might be worth the time if some of the figures posted in this thread are accurate.

Maybe not.You don't have to be a spammer to be listed up there.The list is about the account farmer who most probabaly sold you the account.Could you be nice enough to tell us whom did you purchase the account from?

Because i found my account in there and my account is surely a bought one but i'm not a spammer, so i'm a little confused.

At least 8 farmed accounts all pretending to be different people. And swaying argument with their numbers!

A new list that does not care about sig campaigners, it only cares about farmed accounts. (they may or may not have a sig)


This farmer is nicking a lot of the sig money, meaning real people can't earn sig money?
The farmer also sells and scams. He is being allowed to feed here. With Theymos's blessing.

So the farmer dropped this alphabet list at "Z" and carried on randomly. So he can be a bit random?
Maybe these are unrelated? Back to basics. Lets check the farmers post schedule here, see if the two "bits" tally.

Hey Twitchy, any time that fills the gaps between my posts! I've only seen a couple hours per day - the duration of each post.
There could be a lot in-between, or not. May as well fill gaps first. So anything 660000 - 670000.

I think I figured out a pretty efficient way to do this with import.io

I programmed an "extractor" to get username, post count, registered date and last active.

Should have 8,000 users with the last one u=264049 in another 10-15 minutes.  (Takes about 4 min per 1,000 )

I just randomly picked that range of users, let me know of any requests.

I have a problem with Danny Hamilton's list, because I'm on it (lol).  I think it's too inclusive because it doesn't discriminate other than to exclude people with signatures, and not all people with sigs are spammers.  A ton of Yobit posters are spammers, and at one point I was adding them to my ignore list in bulk, but not all of them are worthy of an ignore.

I guess you could use the list and un-ignore users as needed, but that would be a pain in the ass methinks.

A lot in my lists are only quietly ranking up. No sig. Not even on Danny's list.
Then they are ripe for sale, or holding for sig spamming farms.

This is playing the long game. These are 10 month old accounts.
There must be other farmed accounts before, and certainly since?
I can't find them. That for me is like looking for the next block. impossible. But theymos could look. And must have already looked.
(I don't have Theymos's tools at my disposal  )

I hope SMAS will start looking at this. (he says doubtfully)
These accounts are stealing real peoples opportunities of enrolling in sig campaigns, and destroying real discussion in the process.
Maybe the campaign managers like it like this for some reason?  (stop it rizz...)

I find it hard to believe Theymos and the mods and the sig managers would let the farmer waltz in and take all the bitcoin unchallenged!

Excel could probably handle it but it would take me a long time to key the values in
