That's just an investigation...  "lol"  it's not a lawsuit.  They haven't decided if they are going to actually take him to court.  Since the SEC is involved, it's unlikely they will, since Ken is forced to pay back shareholders, there is nothing for Woodlaw to gain by taking him to court, unless they somehow find out Ken is a multimillionaire.  Not likely.  He'll be broke by the end of this.

It does not.  There is a Missouri SEC investigation which "may" force Ken Slaughter to refund share holders because he sold unregistered securities.  He may also be forced to refund people who ordered VMC devices.  At this point, we're just waiting around for information from the investigation from the court's side of things.  It's moving very slow.  There's been a continuance until early December to conduct an initial hearing.  It'll likely play out over a long period of time.

That is kind of the confusing bit of the MSD order.  They ordered the officers not to conduct shares business.  Other members of the company (Such as the lawyer, or the unknown project manager) could talk to us in the forum, as they are not barred from doing so.  But because the company is basically Ken, and they have barred him from doing shares business, he can't talk about it.

I think he will talk again, when they come to terms with the MSD.  I know if it was me, and I was looking at potential jail time for breaking the order of a cease and desist, that I wouldn't say anything.

I agree with your other points about being a scammer.  It plays into his favor, but it's not like if the guy were to come out and say anything that it would be meaningful anyway.  He doesn't have a track record of providing any sort of useful information and if he did say anything, it'd be countering someone's argument over whether he wears a headpiece or not.  Completely ignoring anyone's requests for constructive information.

Not sure about zumzero being a sock puppet account, however that Mac65 guy most certainly is a sock puppet of some type. If not I wonder who he is? He knew Ken for sure.

The company gives him no more protection be it trading or liquidated. As CEO he may have no personal liability for company losses. As a scammer he has full personal liability for all losses.

He is silent now because that is his final move of this scam. He has actually been instructed by the MSD to inform and comply with shareholders contacts and requests for reimbursement - the MSD state that shareholders should contact the company via the forum. So he is not under any order to remain silent.

He won't liquidate the company so long as it protects him from prosecution or civil suits.  It would also require him to do something, which he isn't fond of doing.

My guess is, his lawyer told him to not say anything else until the MSD have come to terms with their negotiation, because there is a cease and desist and regardless of what the armchair lawyers are saying, the letter clearly states that Ken should not involve himself with the shareholders at all.  Until that ends, or the MSD gives him further instructions of what he can do, I don't suspect we'll hear from him again until then.  And it's also very possible his lawyer is the one who does the talking later on.

If Ken has now disappeared I guess that means he is in the process of liquidating the company? I tried to find out if he would need to make a notification about that to Missouri State but he's registered this company in Belize (unlike his previous company's).

Lol, we are currently exiting the mass hysteria phase and seeing that give way to the next phase. It's around now that people start calming down and listening to the voices of reason.  Before you know it we discover Ken & Co have had a breakthrough and suddenly we're sitting pretty again.  Guys, this is far from over and there's plenty of time left for ActM to succeed.

Deleting this post shows that my hyperbole on this thread from a few months ago has finally come through. the moderated thread is run by people holding the bag and trying to pump things up to get out with something. If that was false, zumzero could have listed some of the numerous breakthroughs that he mentioned instead of deleting the post.

And I'll repeat my other deleted post from yesterday, if people on that thread keep posting hare brained/rose colored/nonsense opinions I'm going to shoot them down so they can't suck anyone else into hurricane VMC.
