I just checked on that, seems someone sold a whole bunch, down to 0.0025, then someone placed an ask at 0.00265 in the blink of an eye.

Ken already posted the shares at 0.0025
They got eaten up quickly. There shouldnt be anymore issued shares, unless Ken posts in the thread first

I do leave my BitFunder window open all the time, and usually refresh to satisfy my ADD habits rather then see If I've made/lost money. But a refresh about 30 - 45 minutes ago I noticed my shares were worth around BTC2 or more less then they were a refresh prior. The Last Price was 0.0025. I clicked the asset and sure enough the lowest price I saw was 0.0027?? with the highest ask being 0.0026??. So not sure what that was about... 5 or so minutes later I refreshed again and it was back to 'normal'. Perhaps a small wall was released and ate up in the blink of an eye?

Well, I m not sure... I think that already happened and were all sold. This said, I m a bit confused - Ken stated he would release them in small chunks.
So is that it? are there more to be sold? if so at what price?

Absolutely! Financially I'm sure it would have been best to read this in full before buying shares (as the pages went deeper, I was cashing out of ASIC and going more into ActM, by page 45 or so ,I was all in!) as it seems some 0.0025 shares may hit the market soon (I paid a tad over that). But I don't even care at this point, I wouldn't sell my shares for anything right now in hopes to make a few hundred share turn around! I'm going to keep on contributing and holding, and hope one day I can have the pleasure of telling people I was there from the beginning to slowly help do my part in the creation of one of the biggest Bitcoin companies ever!

A man of my own heart! I feel the same way about being part of this from the beginning, and seeing the hard work that Ken has poured into this, I have very high hopes for the future.

I'm sure I am a very tiny ripple in the pond that is ActiveMining, holding only a mere 11,498 shares (with 1500 BitFunder AMC shares waiting to be converted). I'm not a professional trader, and my only experience with shares is ASICMINER, which I knew nothing about and just bought in because I saw that share price creep upwards. I've officially pulled out of ASIC and gone 100% Into AM. I've never done so much research on a company as I have tonight (8 hours and going of just reading opinions and speculations) It's incredibly fascinating, and I really want to see this company succeed. The joy of being a part of something from the beginning is something I would be very proud of.

I just want to thank Ken, and all the logical posters on this thread who have provided a small time 'share dummy' with fantastic insight into the work that goes into companies such as this, as well as a passion and joy of being a shareholder, and not having the money at the forefront of my mind.

So again, Thank you Ken, and thank all the posters (more then I could start to name) for everything said in this thread. I'm going to continue to contribute every spare trading dime I have with AM in hopes that we all are part of an amazing company being built, and above all, thank you for the passion of it all, these last numerous hours have been spent reading this thread from front to back (and I'm only on page 60!) and it's been an awesome experience!

Streets 2.0, you are another member that stuck out to me. May not mean much coming from a small fry, but I greatly appreciated every piece of input you contributed on this thread. I enjoyed reading every bit of it!

I don't get you - two separate entities, two separate official threads. The third thread you quoted is not even official so where is the problem?

Can we reduce the number of open "Official" threads for ActiveMining? Or maybe rename so they reflect the content better?

You transfer them to the user "AMC-TENDER" on bitfunder - thats Kens account. You then send him the email detailed in post #3 of this thread and he will send you ActiveMiner shares to replace your AMC shares. You have until the 31st I believe, but sooner is better

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been out of town the last few weeks so I'm a little late to the party. I don't see AMC-TENDER on BitFunder, yet I still have a good chunk of AMC shares. Any advice on what to do at this point? Keep the AMC shares? Sell them off while I still can and throw that BTC into ActiveMining?

Any help would be appreciated. I want to continue to invest in ActiveMining, I just worry whats going to happen to my AMC shares If I don't act now.
