So have all the shares now been sold or what? I'm debating whether to buy in for one last time. Have more shares been added to BF?

First mini wall up, and it's [essentially] gone within 3 minutes

Just did a quick adding up of our funds.  Converted @ 93.40 we have ~$890,000, so I am going to add 500,000 shares to the wall.  We need funds to cover the 40-60 machines we are building, to finish paying for our prototypes, finish paying for the engineering of the prototypes, and some for general operating expenses.  Also, we need some room just in case the price of bitcoins goes down.

Would you confirm that you are going to sell roughly about 10k Bitcoin? When would that happen? Are you aware, that you won't get the current highest bid price, as such an amount (if sold as market order) would have a large spread? Or do you intend to place a 10k wall on 93.40?

Looking at the BTC monthly chart I would say price is in an area of indecision with possible resistance at $95 on mtGox quote. It could go down $10 over the next few days, and I would say that is slightly more likely than back up to $100 level, so a sale for fund-raising now would be a good idea. If I were selling 10k I would do so in small chunks over a period in order not to dip price. According to this order flow 200btc is a largish order.

Yes, better not exchange on MtGox - it would seems that no one has been able to withdraw for quite some time now.

OTC FTW if you can find someone with deep enough pockets!

if you do another 500k @ .0025 it should be gone by end of day at the rate were going

Yes, but it would also piss some people off?

Maybe to sell 500k more he could spread something like 150k over 3x50k (0.28, 0.29, 0.3) on Bitfunder and 400k on BTCT (which has a lot more liquidity).

Not sure what others think, or if the range should be wider (0.28, 0.3, 0.32)?

I'm not sure there is a correct decision. Adding shares at all right now is not really ideal but I can understand.

Yeah, spread it out so it isn't obvious. Then let the fish tear away. We can clearly see where the price is going... it will be > 0.003 once the final lot of shares have been sold off, probably today.  Cool

So.... is the wall going up or not?

There's certainly room on btct for some more share sales. Bitfunder, not so sure.

i thought the hardware preorders would fill in the leftover gap.  still a lot of time left, so why put this on the patient shareholders, ken?

Yes, they might, still waiting on that big wire transfer.  Not a lot of time left, want to close the deal next week with eASIC.

Placing it at 0.0025 would get ~75k shares bought instantly on btct, and as much as I'd like to buy the shares a bit cheaper, I think 0.0028 (like on bitfunder) is the way to go

Yeah but you cant make everyone happy.  People will be upset either way.  I think giving more people a chance  to purchase at the original offer price of the wall is more fair than say a 500k wall at .003 oe .0028

It would definitely piss off the shareholder who just sold >20.000 shares on BitFunder in the hope of getting them back @ 0.0025 lol

Are you converting at 93.4 based on the Mt. Gox price? Prices are lower on other exchanges as people can actually get their money out in a in a reasonable amount of time. If you are planning on exchanging out on Gox, it may take a good while to actually get the $$$.

Yes, it will definitely hit 1 BTC. No doubt about it.

*shifty look* Wink

Haha 1 btc would give Active Mining a valuation higher than all the BTC in existance

Yeah... How does that work?

And that would be fine - you can have a corporation with a higher value than all BTC in existence, but you would need to have a reason for people to believe that your company would generate $1bn+ in revenue per year. There's just no way to get that revenue selling mining hardware or mining or both.
