again, Ken leaving us hanging without full explanation

Yeah, you guys do realize that Ken's pretty much been doing whatever he wants with a lot of these operations, right?

2Mil wall went down? Now we need 200K More. Now 500K More. It's for "expenses", you guys.

It scares me how much money will be tied up in this venture, and how much so many investors stand to lose if/when this goes sour. I know a lot of people put a lot of faith in Ken, but I caution everyone to not invest more than they can/will lose on this...

So I wasn't supposed to take out a HELOC to invest in ActiveMining?

Advice. How will complete the IPO?

I would like an answer to this as well, what is the total additional (on top of what has already been sold in the various layers of IPO) number of shares that will be sold to the public?
My fault, I mean, to help complete the IPO for the price?

Going back to the important question, how many more shares are there to push and what is the plan for them?

Pushing stock is something that should be done with diligence and respect to all shareholders.

Yes, but it is an art and it helps to have an investment bank doing it for you (sometimes, Zucks, lol).

I agree speculation is good.

Really, I think after the buying we have seen today, there is no need to be concerned. The rest of the shares will be sold in a few hours and the IPO will be done. I'm totally ok with where we are and Ken's last few Asks. It's now time to kick back and enjoy the rest of the ride!

It looks like he's handling it ok although I don't think it should have happened in the first place (and a few people have said the same to me outside of these forums). Pushing stock is something that should be done with diligence and respect to all shareholders.

So.... is the wall going up or not?

Floates, you are a speculator. Ken can do whatever the heck he wants to benefit the company (and the long term shareholders).

Well I'm in for the long term but you need both types of traders.

However, even as a long term shareholder I feel this was a poor move. You should be keeping the market on side, especially after such a successful day.

Not going to get into it - but these shares absolutely should have been issued at .0025.

Not necessarily, but I think the increment of shares' price should have been disclosed beforehand.

Edit: I dont think that is Kenneth's wall, the outstanding share count has not changed

I think I saw the outstanding share count jump by 50,000 when it was put up, rather than increase with each buy.  Must be different since it's not the IPO maybe.

Edit: Just changed again, maybe for the next wall.

Yeah I saw the outstanding share count change just now, I wonder where the next wall will be

I hope you make a lot of BTC, but there are a few things you need to know:

- your posts are giving insight into your tactics, this will be noted by other speculators who keep quiet on this forum, and it will necessarily limit your upside

- you don't seem to understand the purpose of an IPO. In ActM's case, it is to raise capital for the company, to execute on plans for the benefit of the long term share holders. It isn't for the benefit of speculators, ffs. Ken's actions will often be incongruent to your wishes, and the fact that you have railed against his actions more than once shows that you don't get it.

Anyhow, good luck.  Wink
