I am assuming that Ken is working with Stilwell Baker to make the boards? That company seems legit.

Calling eASIC is more likely to derail things than give you answers. Calling eASIC is irresponsible.

Grow the fuck up kids - 8 pages/day of trolly drivel.

You still think this is all real, I suppose?
eASIC is really working on chips. But they probably won't tell you anything about it which is their own right.

I can't stop loving people investing in non regulated markets expecting crazy profits and later crying for not getting all the warranties of regulated markets.
Scams like this and other kind of investment scams happen all the time in the regulated market*. Actually, most legit startup companies fail. Investors here are however extremely not demanding and tend to become fanboys, because they think it will make things better or other reasons, which is exactly not the thing to do. It just encourages the issuer to do as he pleases.
These last few months I spent my time asking myself "why am I not starting an IPO?".

* Actually, some fiat scams are ridiculously similar. See penny stocks. See overvalued IPOs.

+1

I've said it multiple times, no one on here should be defending Ken form very serious questions. If I ask him where the shares are I shouldn't have investors making up excuses I should have Ken on here telling us the answer.

decentralize EVERYTHING...

Why are you here then? If you didn't invest due to your superior mental ability why are you posting in this thread or even in the securities section?

chalk this one up to a learning experience.

really? you wanna shoot the shit awhile?

Well your post contradicts itself then.

You stated:
As a matter of fact, I'm amazed that anyone "invests" anything with people in this forum based on an "IPO post." an IPO? on this forum? It looks like a gaming forum with nasty trolls and all! It's like: let's play stockbroker with play money called bitcoins, yay! That is insanity.
Which implies that you would never invest in a company based on an IPO post in this forum. Then you stated:
chalk this one up to a learning experience.
Which I guess means you are actually invested in this company? I am going to make that assumption. Based on that being the case you just answered your own question:
I'm amazed that anyone "invests" anything with people in this forum based on an "IPO post." an IPO? on this forum?

Big fucken deal so I contradicted myself, like I'm the only one in here doing that. give it a rest.

You're working too hard to antagonize.

If eASIC is legit and the deal was legit, we already received sample chips. Why can't we see a picture of them?

We wouldn't want Cointerra or KNC to copy our design.  We need to keep the secret of our success hidden.

oh so you mean all those recently released pictures of NSA leaks, people are making those cause they got the pictures? Sweet, cant wait for those on kickstarter!

CanadianGuy, I thought you claimed to be hashing with VMC machines?

CanadianGuy is invested and wants to pump once we can trade. Sorry Vigil it's really that simple. Once this liar posts images and a tear down of the machine then he can clear his dirty name.

I can't stop loving people investing in non regulated markets expecting crazy profits and later crying for not getting all the warranties of regulated markets.

Get lost with the "I love the law so much anything not allowed by authority is bad" jerk off.

We are allowed to complain about whatever investment we want. Please note that legal investments that expect crazy profits also derail all the time.

One thing to take away from all of this is that we are going through an experience that many people have gone through with 100% legit investments, this is normal for investments as many do fail. That is why diversification is the number one rule, a rule I fucked over badly and lost.

My point to Mr "I love the law so much because all laws are right and just", this situation is less about unregulated securities and more about the normal course of action for startups. Most startups fail, fact.*

* But we can still get pissed that it went down and would like to understand why it failed or seems to be failing.

Pure stupid.

A photo of the chip does not allow one to copy or understand the design.

So, we have vaporware, no dividends, no shares, no mining, no updates, is this a good summary of the situation here?

Close we have updates but with very little information and no updates related to the shares for 2 weeks.

Mining is occurring at this address https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?timespan=30days&showDataPoints=true&daysAverageString=1&show_header=true&scale=0&address=1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa, but we don't have confirmation of an eAsic chips mining.

Also please don't call eAsic, our contact point is Ken and we should not be bothering eAsic about the business agreement we made with Ken.

50 coins, that's 0.000002 BTC per share, right?

Yes, the amount should be alot more though. There were dividends flowing into that address from "sample chips" but thats not happening anymore. Ken needs to clarify what's going on because at this point we have to assume he is stealing from us.

Ken -If we cant trade our shares for legal reasons or whatever, tell us! Dont blatantly lie about it just to cool everybody down. Give us the dividends you owe to us to our Bitfunder addresses. You don't own those Bitcoins, we do. December 1st you were going to do this until the whole crypto-trade situation came up.

Broken promises are piling up and you're making people angry. Please give us the answers we would like to hear, we aren't stupid. Having a "weekly update" and then providing us with nothing substantial in those updates is only going to make shareholders pissed off (obviously). If you can't tell us info about chips because of an NDA, then let us know. If we can't trade our shares due to legal reasons or your own personal reasons then let us know, dont break promises and expect everything to be rosy. Even in the worst case scenario transparency would do a lot better than silence.

I agree we should not be calling eASIC. But calling Ken in mass might be our only option for answers right now. Again, VMC'S number is (855) 663-2482
