The user neilol and I are in the process of planning a trip to Missouri this Friday. We are wondering if anybody would like to donate for the travel expenses and for lists of questions Ken will MOST LIKELY let us report back with.

I'd be interested in knowing what questions you are intending on asking.

As many as possible. I'd rather flood him with questions and hope he bites on a few.

I question your intentions for this visit if you are trying to catch Ken out.

It was a bad idea to price the miner in USD

If you price them in BTC only you won't get half as many orders. So it was not a bad idea.

I hate to point out the obvious here, but it no longer makes sense for Ken to sell machines when Bitcoin is almost $600.  He would make far more profit mining with them himself.  Not like we would see any of the mined profits anyway, he will find a way to keep them for himself.

+1

It was a bad idea to price the miner in USD since they mine bitcoins. But since ken did it that way he should hurry and change the prices.

No we cannot have a vote!
This is not a democracy, and these are not real shares and anyway, Ken was quite explicit in saying that these are not voting shares.

What a ridiculous suggestion! A vote! Hurumpf!

Can we have a vote to decrease divs to 30% of profits? Maximizing reinvestment, I believe this is where the other companies failed.

Why are you panicking because the price of bitcoin has risen?

It's a GOOD thing.

Negative. Now each block creates $20,000 as opposed to $2,500 so there is more incentive to mine and thus we will have even more competition.

Also its harder and harder for our shares to be worth what they used to be due to the change in value of Bitcoin. Our sales are in fiat so that links us to a fiat price. Only our mining farm can get the share price back to where they were, but where is this mining farm?

The same amount of fiat gets us the same amount of mining equipment which will get us the same amount of btc.

The only thing is that now there will be more sales, which will be more of a hashrate. This is where the money will be, in mining.

I agree with this completely. And in fact would propose that in the initial stages even more goes towards reinvestment. Competition will be huge, we need to use any head start we might have to go full force and outdo competition.

You are going the wrong way. Our reinvest costs are in USD. Each btc is now worth 3x what it was in USD. We mine in BTC so less not more of the mining output is needed to generate the same amount of FIAT for reinvestment. We can increase divs to 70% if this BTC price holds.

You think there are thousands of machines switched off at $200 but on at $750?

Rediculous.

The shares are not going to go down because BTC goes up. Our mining output and overall profit will dictate what the shares are in BTC not the price of BTC.

I am not trolling! I just can't see how we are ever getting our Bitcoin back as it rises to the sky like this.

Trust me, if Bitcoin remained at $100 for this entire time I would not be panicking at all.

You keep saying this about BTC. In what way does it going up make us LESS likely to start mining? You are talking nonsense.

MY price to you for a single lot of all my shares is 1014 bitcoin.

If all these optimistic shareholders really believed in the company they would take you up on your offer.

Instead you get crickets.

I'm sorry, fresh out of $655,000. If I had it there's no way in hell I'd invest all of it into this company at that shareprice. Lol
