You are correct, in 11 days customers will be able to get refunds if they want. Ken has all of the preorder money, and it will not be a problem. However, now that mining is much more profitable, I'm guessing that they won't unless they payed in bitcoin.

Also, there's no reason to believe that the miners won't be ready in the next 11 days either. Frankly, we don't know.

What we do know is that Ken usually gives us big news without any lead up and that he said there will be announcements this month.

Everyone, relax. Even if you wanted to do anything, you can't. Just accept that and go on a walk.

Let me remind all the shareholders, Ken has never ever said we are behind schedule or that their have been issues. So Ken thinks its best not to communicate anything?
