Ken, whose board is in those pictures? What chips are on that board?

This is a board that our engineer designed and those are BFL chips.  He will be designing a reference board for our DIY for our 55nm and 28nm chips like this one.

How about postin' a pic that doesn't look like pixel art?  Also, your chips are pin-compatible to BFL?  Honest Injun?

$3/GH/s just for chips, with delivery in two months? That's a little steep considering the chips are untested, and you can get chips that will give the same $/GH/s and J/GH numbers with immediate shipment and have a whole host of tested designs available.

Quoting this because nobody commented.  I googled Avalon asic chips and they're selling in giant fucking reels for what right now amounts to $2.50 per gigahash per second and are apparently available right now at http://avalon-asics.com/product/a3255-55nm-chip-500-count-reel/

Unless of course that website is run by one of our fellow libertarians, in which case, caveat fucking emptor, after six months, you might possibly receive a nest of wasps and you'd be one of the lucky ones.

There are actually two chips mounted on this board, here:

You don't need to populate the whole board to test the chip design, so we're good there.
The problem is that while there are chips on that board, Ken stated that "his" chips have not yet been made -- he claimed that they're just taped out.

So...  Whose board, whose chips?

Good catch!  Must be that People's ASIC IP taking on a physical form. At this stage in the endgame, ordinary rules of physics no longer apply. No wonder Ken decided test runs are for sissy girls.

I have to say that is a nice looking PC board.  You could sure solder some chips onto that, boy howdy.

That's great.  This should be in the announcement on CT!!!

We should definitely be very active on CT and keep getting the word out there at every turn that AMC is a virtual identity fully owned by VMC. Or, wait, should we do the exact opposite of that?

Wait, am I playing for Team AMC, Team SEC, or Team Hashfast today.  Gotta check my paystub, brb.

Eww.  You're nowhere as hawt as you think.

As far as the pic?  It looks like a PC board, but i have no idea whose.  Has Ken claimed the 55nm chips that aren't made yet are already mounted on a pc board?  Or did you make that particular stupidity with your own brain?

I see Ken's trying to push more preorders here:

As expected, the news is met with much laughter and fingerpointing.

Well we are guessing. At the end of the day VE would have a good case for the SEC if Ken had 'lost' his shares so it would never have happened. There is a legal case for the Ukyo lien which is defensible. I refer you again to the point that this man was threatening Ken's life in a serious manner and was saying he was going to visit Ken and several times mentioned Ken's female relative who apparently works for the company. Wouldn't you react badly to that sort of threat level and say something you didn't really mean. We are all human.

Sure, but at that point of time Ukyo had no reason to use different username for the shares. At some point of time maybe VE also used similar username.

Ken knows the BF username he received the shares from.

And that user name will be 'VE'? I don't think so. VE could have tendered the shares to himself on BF under any nickname or multiple names before tendering to AMC. Anyway VE had no shares to tender. He said he sold them all then disappeared for a while then suddenly had 50k tendered even though he hated the company??? Not exactly believable.

Oh crap. Whose shares do you suppose he just sold on CT?  I hope they weren't yours by accident...

Good point but how did Ken know Ukyo held 232k shares? Either because he sold them to him personally at IPO price so he knew how many he sold to him or Ukyo told him how many he had bought. There is simply no way for Ken to know how many shares VE still held or how many ANY of us hold. Ken doesn't even have anyones email addresses from Bitfunder. That's why we needed to screen grab the time of tender.

VE gave several different versions of his holdings, from he sold them all to he sold most of them to he still held around 50k. I don't think he had any personally he just said that to have an excuse to keep posting. The real reason he posted was to get back at Ken. No way for Ken to withhold his shares unless he knows the exact amount and VE wouldn't tell him that.

If the shares were denied him he would have a case based on his tender details and investigations could be made. But Ken couldn't do that anyway as the shares are sold anonymously. There is no way for Ken to know which shares belong to who.
