Ukyo, as you can see, some of the ActM shareholders are trying to get back to normal discussion so it would be appreciated if you found a new home to continue with this.  Thanks.

Where exactly are those BTC today?

That has been beaten to death already, and in the proper thread.

If you wish to beat it some more, please do it where it is related.

I am here talking about ActM relating issues.

It is not a matter of trying to push off the question, it's the same answer as repeated over and over, and I will be happy to repeat it again to you in the correct thread.

To be clear once again because no one is listening:

First of all, there are laws against preferential payments.
No one user of weex should get paid off before others.

Secondly:
All I am trying to do is sell my shares of ActM to pay off some of Weex debt.
You are correct.

You said I am desperate.
You are correct. I am desperately working towards any and all situations that would allow me to make good on debts.
If I was not, then I would not be trying and would definitely be a scammer like TF or LabCoin who chose to disappear.

I have not gone to Vegas. Smiley

If I had access to other peoples BTC it would be dispersed just like the previous amounts.
That is the goal I am trying to achieve with ActM.

You don't make the rules/laws, which means you are a victim in this whole situation. Understood.

Where are the BTC of your BF/Weex customers currently?

Ukyo, be honest and answer this simple question above.

A lot of funds have been transferred into the sites you operated. If they are "gone", You must have authorized transactions, one way or the other.

Where exactly are those BTC today?

For what it's worth, there are now 1.5TH mining machines using 55nm tech:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4699831

And these are still some of the most power efficient chips out there. ActM could score a very big goal if they could get the most energy efficient 28nm chips onto the market.

We really need these 55's soon.

Stop bullshitting.

You cannot payback your customers/creditors and this means you are bankrupt and your assets should be liquidated. You are stalling this process to pocket money that belongs to other people. There are laws against that.

Umm, you should read any of my last posts.
I am not sure what it is you are suggesting I am trying to stall or postpone.
I am trying to make something happen.
You know..  liquidate some assets ? I like that idea. I agree with you.

I am glad you agree with me and what I am trying to accomplish.

Co-Owner Of DCMCo-Op Mining Farm at 3.5 th/s
Ukyo If you were working to get everyone's BTC back then you would have gotten it back by now, Any respectable Service site OP would have backed up Wallet files and done Daily or Hourly backups  and it would just be a matter of reloading the wallet that is holding everyone's funds, I have been in BTC since Very very early 2010 I am not a Stupid person the only reason that you cant replace anyones BTC is because you have Run off and Cashed them In and Spent the cash, I think it would do better for people for you to just come out and admit it and fess up and i think most people would stop hoping and wishing they will see their coins then

Be a man and Just fess up that you Spent/Cashed them in already

Maybe Ken should set up an "ActM Claims Portal" and let Ukyo withdraw a few Satoshis...

Just trying to do what people ask and give out money.
I apologize for trying.

How bout "giving out" the 94% that you still owe?

I apologize for asking.

Aaaand he's gone... back to Cyprus or in Vegas partying/gambling away other people's money? Who knows...

Ukyo,
can you please explain what happened to the BTC which were deposited to WeExchange by users (Including ActM/Ken)? Were they spent? Lost?

Just call him, his phone numbers are linked in one of the threads.

The funny thing is, Ukyo is playing the big guy here with a lot of legal leverage, but on IRC...

Quote
not gong to fight ken
its not possible
he will dowahtever he is going to do, i have no control

So basically he is so desperate he is just biting at everything and believes strong-arming Ken in this thread is his last resort. Or - more likely - he is trying to make his creditors believe he won't get the shares from Ken and at the same time he is trying to pocket the money.

C. I am cleaning up the mess. That is why I am here fighting for BTC to pay out to those users.

Look Mister, you stole a hell of a lot of money from people. Why don't you just fuck off and work to repay those you scammed instead of throwing feces here?

You have to this point done jack shit to reimburse AMC/VMC or Ken or any of the share holders, now you are dishing out legal and financial advice? Get off that crack and get working.

I for one are all for Ken selling off 106 BTC worth of your shares and take the money. Everyone knows you are never going to give back thousands of BTC you stole. If you disagree with Ken selling off shres, just sue him, if you are in the right, the court will find a way to reimburse you.

Why is it that bitcoins which were deposited are unable to be returned?

Thanks

You can pay part of your liabilities by selling shares at premium price from monopolistic position and you still complain, I don't think that's the point of your actions here. I don't support taking control over someones assets but, given facts, it probably isn't worst solution for people whom you owe.

@Uyko:

dude you disappear with funds that don't belong to you for MONTHS with no plausible explanation whatsoever as to what happened to OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY and then you have the nerve to come in here and troll?

gimme a fucken break. At least here you know where your shit is and that it still exists… you cannot say the same to other people.

You've got quite a mess to clean up. I suggest you GTFO of here and look somewhere else to do that job. Stop side stepping the issue.
