A forum search[1] for "legendary" by position (and no other boxes checked) returns 18 pages with 30 each and a 19th with 26 so 566 in total.

you can't get a unique rank. but can set a custom title for yourself if you're VIP (not sure but maybe donator too).

Theoretically, you just need to wait 30 days for the day 1 to be a Junior member. It could be longer or shorter depend on when you join the form. The key point is the specific Tuesday which is used to calculate the activity.

It's going to take a couple years to get to Hero or Legendary anyway. The randomness is probably something done for fun. Legendary is a fairly "new" rank.

well there maybe a time when you did not post for a certain period that's why there is no activity points awarded to you, activity points is based on your activity in this forum.

There's a 495 days gap between your posts, so don't expect you account to increase rank anytime sooner.

^ That doesn't matter. If you didn't post frequently since you registered, you didn't get the activity. I think you need to post once every two weeks minimum to be able to get the activity later. It's not just about having 120 posts, but when you made them.
