I thought that to increase your activity you have to post in different threads, now I know why my activity hasn't increased. But still, thank you for your information I wish you could explain more because I wasn't able to grasp your formula.

I submitted 3 days ago a post and now I tried to submit next, but I still got the message: The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later. The thing you were trying to post was saved as a draft. This limit decreases substantially as your account becomes more established.

I've answered this question on the other thread. Either you didn't read or don't understand. I'll assume the later.
Like I said before, you reach Jr. Member by having 30 activity. Activity have a limit of 14*[number of activity periods that you've posted in]. You've only posted in 2 activity periods so you can only get 14*2 activity max. So you'll have to wait for the next activity period to begin before you can get to Jr. Member.

Guys just a quick question. In order to get the 14 activity points per period do I have to make at least 14 posts in that time or is 1 post per 14 days just enough?
I will give you 2 examplesFirst one you have 100 posts and 28 activity then in the next period when you make 1 post you will obtain +14 activity so a total of 42 activity (of course if you made only 1 post in that period and it was deleted you will lose your 14 activity of that period)
Second case you have 28 posts and 28 activity then in the next period when you make 1 post you will have 29 posts and 29 activity but you will have also 42 potential activity (that's mean even if you didn't make other posts in that period and you make 13+14 posts in the next period you will have 29+13+14=56 activity & posts
