The best option for me would be to start low on mining, you can start with just a simple mining motherboard and a single average GPU as a beginning.Of course you won't be making much nowadays with this but it is a very good start, you can then add up GPU-s when you have the possibility to do so.As mentioned here the Micro Earning section if you are a hard worker can make adding of GPU-s somewhat faster than normal. For me mining is the best option as it is somewhat like a passive income, you only manage the rig and you make money automatically.

Thanks guys,

I have done a lot of reading on the links that everyone provided, and also all the threads that have been mentioned. The CV that I submitted was successful with one of the guys that offered 0.5 ETH for a well written piece about Crypto and the Play to Earn environment. I just wrote about what I learned in the last year and a half that I have been doing research on Crypto and its future. And sold it with full rights to the people with two follow up articles. So my journey has started.

Good Day,

Thank you for this forum, and for al the valuable information shared on this platform.

I am from South-Africa where Crypto is still looked at by many as one big scam and people do not open themselves to broaden their views and knowledge on topics. our exchange rate to the American dollar is also not very good, thus making crypto investment very difficult for most to afford. I am a financial advisor and I believe that Crypto will be part of the future for as long as I will be alive.

I would like to prove to my work colleagues and to the circle of people in my industry that one can diversify your portfolio by including Crypto s part of your portfolio. I found that Ethereum is something that I can explain nicely to people and the technology that it is based on. I think just concentrating on one Crypto for now, would make it easier to get my point across.

I would like to find out how I can earn Ethereum if there is just no savings to purchase ETH with or mining equipment, I am not looking for hand outs, just for some assistance, even if I can just hold two or three ETH, and prove a 4 to 5 year long term holding the Crypto, and what a financial impact it can make on the lives of many people in South Africa, which is not a wealthy nation.

Is there work that one can do, to earn ETH? I am willing to work to to just start my project of proving that Crypto can make dreams come true if you do your research and trade well.

Thank you for your time.
First I would say that as long as you aren't stealing from other people and scamming, crypto is ethical so there is nothing for you to be ashamed of and you shouldn't care what other people think because investing is about making money. I suggest looking at farming instead of mining. Mining equipment can cost a lot of money and often the mining algorithms change and the equipment becomes obsolete. You should try farming with your assets on a platform like Ref Finance $REF. You can get a solid APY of over 250% if you do it right and its hard finding returns that good in crypto unless you buy something like Chainlink when it was at .20 USD.

Thank you for your time.

Cryptocurrency has become a huge market, there's a lot of products and services in Cryptocurrency, many companies and groups are adopting Cryptocurrency if you have skill and products to sell you can ask Cryptocurrency for payment, you have to work for your investment, there's no such thing as easy money now, don't believe on airdrops that supposedly will make you rich, many of these are scams and only entice you to invest.

You cannot convince anyone here to pay you through ethereum, but there's a way for it to covert into ethereum wherein even yoy earn token it doesn't matter ,but just make sure if you have skills and knowledge about crypto currency, perhaps that's enough for you to earn especially here in forum or outside the forum.. By the way mate if you can offer something unique service in the services section you can earn from it as well, just create a thread and proof of work so that everyone can see how good are you or you're qualified maybe can help.  Cheesy

Proving cryptocurrency to everyone is very difficult, because it is a new thing. We need to focus on cryptocurrencies to be developed so as to make many benefits for others. They will by themselves get to know cryptocurrencies. Development that is needed in terms of business or even in terms of technology. That will be very helpful in the future.

I agree with you if have good knowledge about Digital marketing and article writing and if you can make youtube and TikTok video you can get earning from hare to make your wone work. But you have to work must.
Everyone also has to work according to the abilities and skills possessed by each individual, so every suggestion is very good, but not everyone can accept it well because it is hindered by their expertise in work.

One good option is here at forum. You can participate in bounty campaigns and earn usdt, eth and coins. It is not any problem then to sell it for btc or eth. You can choose. Airdrop campaigns can be option too.

Unfortunately, you are still a newbie if you work to increase your ranking here in Bitcoin talk to at least a member rank you can participate in bounty campaign in a signature campaign, or if you are active in social media, you can participate in social media campaign even if you are a newbie you can participate in a social media campaign, but before you do that learn how to discern projects with good potential in the market, there are so many scam projects in the altcoins category.

Earning 2 or 3 ETH and holding it for 4-5 years to prove to your country the impact of cryptocurrency will took you a long time. Hmmmm maybe in 7-9 years depending of course on how much you can earn in a month crypto-based.

You want to earn Ethereum from scratch? Well they've said it already that offering some services online and accept crypto is a good way to start Smiley. You might want to learn how to trade too. This isn't recommended but if you want to prove it at the shortest amount of time then you might need to do everything that can give you ETH.

I just hope that you can find a job online that will pay you crypto. The first ones are the hardest but if you got the momentum, it will be easier from then Smiley. Good Luck.

I believe every person have their own talents and skills and if you don't have the skill then studying and practicing is the key. If you have something that can provide to any of us like a design service, management, etc. then I think that would be a good start open a service thread and provide a service in that way you would be able to earn honest profit and with that profit even if it was small but if many people do like your service it can result to a big earnings and with that earnings of yours you would be able to buy any cryptocurrency you want and you will have an honest profit and honest investment that came from hard work.

I really do like your willingness to have cryptocurrency through honest earnings.

You might have a goal to earn 2-3 ETH, but I'd like to point out. If your motives are want to have proof that cryptocurrencies investment is profitable, then I'm sure you don't need that such amount to collect proof, I mean you may have some particular reason to target 2 or 3 ETH, but you can start to hold smaller amount in order to get the grasp of how much the ROI.

Anyway, I appreciate your intention to bring greater good for your local community, another few pieces of advice from me. One thing you need to tackle besides the financial motives is the security side. Even, if you are a financial advisor, there is nothing wrong if you also could socialize the importance of how to safely store cryptocurrencies assets. The barriers to entry into safely store crypto might seem difficult for the non-tech-savvy user, I think that is some problem you also need to address.

If you have any skills which you can offer to others and be paid in crypto, then you need to present what you know how to do. It's not enough just to write a nice welcome message.
If you haven't any skills which can be interested here or it's possible to do it online, probably the only option for you is to check the bounty section here and try to find yourself in any of them.
Here is also micro earning section, where you will find several ways to "free" crypto, but these are generally very small amounts and it will be hard for you to touch your goal "two or three ETH".

Keep on your mind, most major cryptocurrencies have a certain value and are very easily converted into real money. as with real FIAT money no one shares it for free, it is the same with cryptocurrencies.
I agree with you if have good knowledge about Digital marketing and article writing and if you can make youtube and TikTok video you can get earning from hare to make your wone work. But you have to work must.

Thank you, my post might have come across wrongly, I will definitely be using the forum to gain more knowledge of the topic. I like the feeling of gaining success through work, and I will find my way to the correct opportunity, to get involved in my journey with crypto.
This environment called bitcointalk can be labelled as educational standard power of bitcoin knowledge transfer, ( E.S.P.B.K.T) because all the necessary information needed to actualize the dream of bitcoin is existing here, so in this case grabbing success in cryptocurrency require activeness, proper research, vital information from normal source, determination and observations, forum is like University and whoever that fails to understand the system will fall out of the system.

All these passive income apps are not worth it as you see @OP wants to earn 3-4 eth and with these apps he is not going to earn over them hundred of years also as they pay relatively very less as in your case also like you have earned 30 Euros or say only $35 in period of 2 years which is not less man and you get annoyed by all those messages all day.

As a newcomer if you don't have anything to do you can try them but speaking from my personal experience they are just waste of time nothing else and you get paid very less even lower to some faucets also.Speaking of MSMS they are also the same like the telecom companies have to test their services globally which they use your mobile numbers to send messages and pay you for the same but there are certain implications to that like

1) You may get wrong app from the playstore as it is available on Android devices only not for IOS devices or malicious APK files from the internet which could damage your device with virus

2) These services are not available globally in my opinion like some Asian countries, Canada,US and some other places are included.

3) If your country already have more registered users you cannot get yourself enrolled on the app to pay.

Read the reviews here: MSMS review

So @OP if you are interested in earning ETH then finds some other way like you said you are designer then what best you can do is to make any artwork and categorised them under NFT on the ETH blockchain as many projects are being launched and can easily gain momentum and there could be rush to purchase that NFT of your's and any other services offered by you to get paid in the same currency you wish to do so.

If OP doesn't want, it's fine by me. To each his own.

As long as I'm earning, the SMSes are hardly bothersome, in fact they serve as indicators that the money's in. I could always set my phone to silent. The notifications on the phone could always been dismissed with a swipe.

The small price to pay is worth the payouts I get without a hitch.

And yes, slots are limited so that's one of the caveats. But I managed to register my second SIM after 2 days of attempting. They can open/ close frequently without prior notice.

Apart from the fact that these apps usually have to be downloaded from unknown sources, which is always a possibility of a malicious app, and anyone who has more such apps on their phone will receive a lot of SMS, which can be very irritating. As for payouts, I don't think it pays too much to withdraw $2 in BTC, these are actually dust transactions that will be a problem for the user when he tries to spend them.

I would advise an extra phone for all those who download suspicious apps, especially if they have a crypto wallet on their phone.

You have a point, but I've been paid multiple times by the apps and I can attest to that. One of them (MSMS) paid me over 30 Euros in less than 2 years. And all I did was nothing.

I'm also pretty wary when it comes to apps that sound too good to be true, but some of them have companies established and I'll always verify the payouts myself before recommending them to others.

SMS annoyance, yeah but after a while, you'd get used to it. After all, free pocket money. You never try, you never know Wink

@Spinedok_1, this board already has a sticky topic [General] How to earn Bitcoins, which contains a lot of useful information and links to other useful materials.

There are a few ways to earn Bitcoins, which differ in both skill and effort. A few things you can try:

Although it is a very old topic, I think, is still valid today. Generally, earning cryptocurrency is like earning any other currency.

You have a variety of options actually. As another user has pointed out, you can offer services under the marketplace if you possess the necessary skills needed for a project. For example, there are users who offer signature designing, web development, or other services and they look for business owners to hire them.

If you do not possess or have any experience with the above-mentioned examples, assuming from your post, you can participate also in campaign signatures. You are very coherent and concise on your english. I do also assume that you are knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies so this would be a relatively easier job for you to rank-up.
