Bounty hunters are one of the most patient people on the market. They almost do not decrease in quantity, because they do not invest and do not lose real money.

It would be challenging to decipher your second sentence, but I would strongly disagree with your primary claim in which you consider bounty hunters as a very patient people, which is totally contradictory to the real picture as a big chunk of them sell their rewards at the first opportunity they get.

Members of the bounty must keep their remuneration token until the full implementation of the project or even later. When you sell tokens, you provoke a price drop, which negatively affects developers and even more on investors.
Either the second option is to sell at a time when the price is relatively high or during the pumping of a coin or token. In many cases, do not think that it is worth leaving coins or tokens until the project is implemented, as this may not happen.

Never give full trust to a project to invest all the money you have in just one project and that is because you think the project has a good concept. A good concept does not guarantee that the final result will be good. Being the main component in project appraisal is the team, with a clever and professional team at work, it will definitely be able to create bright ideas accompanied by good performance and consistency in achieving its goals.
Not all the projects that scam is going to have junk banter inside of it. Also, remember to have fun and learn new things.

My advice to all bounty hunters are not just make investment to get any losses at all. Never dump your stock coins in which can really make the market in great falls. We really need to believed that there were great possibility that crypto will recovered soon, so never dump your portfolio to lowest prices and have patience always.

That's true and good word. Bounty hunters who love to dump at any price they see should try to understand that they also invested something important in the project which is time. They should wait for project appreciation and get good value for their time spent and not just dump for low value.

That is a very good advice and i myself have been thinking of it but that won't happen. Bounty hunters will keep dumping the coin and if the bounty hunters won't then the investors. There is always someone whoz gonna dump. And you can't do much about it.

Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
Some teams do very well when they delay bounty payments to hunters or freeze tokens or make payments in several stages. Thus, they do not allow to bring down the price. But hunters, too, can be understand. In most cases, the token, after appearing on the exchanges for a very long time can not dial the original price. And the guys worked for several months and they want to get a decent payment, not 2-3 dollars, for which they will be able to sell their token.

I have been investor and also working as a bounty hunter on such projects. Nowadays advertising an ICO is a daily job for many people, thats why some of them need to sell them as soon as they get their coins. This doesn't mean that they do not care about project, they need money and they sell their tokens as everyone can do.Solution is simple;

*Project managers can divide bounty in some pieces to prevent dump.
*Bounty can be paid in ETH, or BTC like some bountys has already started to do that.
*After bounty a loyalty program can be implemented for all bounty tokens.

I think they know that very well.I have strong feeling that price dropping thing is completely handling by whales who got huge bonus. They drop the price then all panic sell & whales buy them back ,all blame goes to hunters.

Not all bounty hunters dump their coins. Some hold it and wait. You also need to understand that bounty hunting is a job and it has to be converted to fiat money to pay the bills etc. Don’t look at one side of the coin.

The bounty pool is 1-3 percent (rarely 5) of the total capital
Even if half of the coins earned are immediately sold, or more. This is too small a percentage so that it could significantly affect the price of a coin, or create a trend

That's what I was also thinking. If selling 0.5% of the total available tokens can sink the price, then that doesn't hold good for the survival of the project. That can also mean that the ICO was over-priced.

yes surely we shouldn't follow blindly the course that is given us by those who are most interested in their own profit. i mean, surely, it's normal but it's better to use your own head

We can't control their decision, it is up to them whether they think it is worth to sell for the right time or sell already because they need money, so they sell on a lower price and the coin will soon be valueless.

We can not force anyone to hold or sell there coins, because they belongs to him. This problem can only solved by the ico founder if they want to, if they will lock the coins for certain time frame so dumping after hitting exchange can be eliminated.
