There seems to be a vaccine being distributed in many nations already but, the fear of covid seems to have elevated and this time not because of the covid virus itself but the fear from the vaccine. A few negative stories is circulating as with people getting ill after being vaccinated and somehow, it casts a shadow on the bright side of the vaccine.

So, can we really get over this covid thing? Because, be it the virus itself that people fear or the vaccine, it still has a root in the covid virus and its been a year of infestation already. Sadly, it seems Covid-19 is here to stay.

No need to concentrate solely on the negatives. Take the case of UK for example. The number of new infections have fallen by 95%, and the number of deaths from COVID 19 has fallen by 98%. Along with Israel and China, UK has been one of the success stories against COVID 19, thanks to the vaccination program. As the vaccination progresses in other countries, they also will be able to bring the pandemic under control.
Agree, but for a country that is still hampered by the distribution of vaccines, I think to be more aware about maintaining distance, still obeying regulations such as health protocols that are enforced. Since only those simple steps continue as long as vaccination is not completely evenly distributed, there is still a lot of time needed in terms of vaccination so we shouldn't be careless in this period.
It's hard to not see the negative especially if you that the government doesn't take the pandemic too serious and I'm taking about Philippines as they intend that Private companies to provide funds for the vaccination of the public by requiring them to donate half of the vaccines bought to the government. Currently, most of the major cities on Philippines are still on Enhance Quarantine due to the continue of rise of new covid19 infections. I just hope that everything to go back to how it was and be better.

The African countries you are talking about are covered with crises on a regular basis. It does not depend on pandemics, world crises, it is almost a "tradition". And the reason for this is the local population and their governments. no matter how they talk about their integration into the developed world - this will not happen soon. There are many fundamental problems that are absolutely independent of external factors. And these problems are generated by the local population, not wanting to accept the civilized rules of the "game", doing business, building a legal framework and its observance, building a competitive economy. And without this they will always remain the countries of the 3rd world, a raw material appendage and centers of violence and lawlessness.

Can't deny it completely. Most of the African nations are not homogenous (although there are a few exceptions such as Mauritania and Cape Verde). The ethnic and religious groups are always in conflict against each other, exacerbated by the reducing availability of natural resources. For example, in the Sahel region, there is an ongoing conflict between mostly Muslim cattle herders and mostly Christian farmers over access to grazing/farming land. Then there are religious conflicts, which are present in almost every country in the African continent.

No, of course African countries are very different from each other, this is a truth that does not require proof. Moreover, some were able to choose the path of more or less adequate development, and are following this path. But there are many countries on the continent that are stuck in the Middle Ages and are trying to live by these rules, not realizing that they will not be able to fully interact with the developed world, live by higher "standards" ... By the way, this also applies to other countries on other continents Africa is not "unique" in this sense

After One year of covid-19 Pandemic The world economy has never remained the same and even for some African countries like Nigeria where the cost of living has trippled and the Government of the day is not concern at all instead of making and showing a means of Remedial course to help the poor masses means of liver

I don't think that economy has remained the same. According to a recent survey by Pew Research Center, the number of poor people have almost doubled across the globe (with the largest increase being reported from South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa). And it looks as if the worse is yet to come. These two regions escaped large-scale COVID 19 related deaths until now. But recent data suggests that the situation is changing and a second wave of infections may have started in these regions.

There is also a data showing that the unemployment rate rises in this previous months because economies have been shutdown even if it just for months. I hate to say this but the poverty rate really increase and it is so sad to see that a lot of people are still suffering. There is a transition of wealth that happens and as you can see there are people who find opportunities in this current pandemic and there are some who lose wealth because of the pandemic.

For sure the economy willrise again once the virus fully eliminated, the chain of economy will heal as like before and the unemployment rate will decrease as well as the poverty rate. I'm so excited to see that the economy will rise again like before.

in fact the past year (2020) was a terrible year, we are more than a year of pandemic and lockdown and things do not seem to improve at all, of course the vaccines have arrived but are they really safe? then for vaccinated people almost nothing changes they must continue to wear the mask and do the lockdown because they could be equally contagious

Even they already take the vaccine that didn't exempt them, Covid can still penetrate and hit them if they put down their guard,
this virus is really hunting everyone,

It's needed to have a much careful lifestyle, every health protocols should continue it's not you alone that you are protecting but
also those people who are encircling you in your everyday life.

COVID-19, Coronavirus has been good for bitcoin and a lot of cryptocurrencies because during Coronavirus lockdown many people are looking for investment opportunities and they found bitcoin. So, Coronavirus lockdown has opened eyes to many people to invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The current bitcoin bull market started in the mid-2020 at the middle of the coronavirus lookdown and still, the bull market is much alive.

It takes time before we can see the obvious effect of the vaccine through the patients who already get themselves vaccinated. Before, we are waiting for the vaccine and now that we had it I think its safe to say that the virus has finally come to an end soon.

But here in our country it seems there's no improvement at all because the current number of infected each day are still drastically increasing. In fact we are in lockdown again for 1 week. Unity and cooperation of people are really needed to end this problem.

According to the vaccine manufacturers, the immunity from the vaccine will kick in completely only after a specific period from the intake of second dose of the vaccine. That said, it will be wrong to say that there is no impact from a single dose. According to various studies, an increase in the immunity can be noted from 15 days after the application of the first dose (although it won't be complete immunity).

Although the effectiveness of the current vaccines remains to be seen, actually it is highly unlikely that they will be ineffective. So, by the end of this year we can expect herd immunity around the world. It's like inevitable, and that's why stocks start reacting positively already.

I guess it will not be given to the people if they are not safe, that's a basic common sense my friend. Some people are afraid to get vaccinated because they are afraid that they will die, they are misinform that's why it created a fear in their mind, but in reality vaccine is really safe.

We don't know about the effectiveness of the vaccines yet, but, I agree, we can be sure about their safety. There's a lot of misinformation on the Internet regarding this subject, so looking for credible sources is a must. Below is one of such sources:

I just checked the aviation part, and it looks like, at least for some of them, this is not the case.
~~~~~
From the graphs above it doesn't look like the companies are in a bad shape currently.
Not trying to say that COVID-19 hasn't impacted the world economy. I'm just saying that the economy turned out to be more resilient than some analysts thought.
Their business is down and therefore I don't know how the stock prices are up. Even in my country (India), the stock prices of various airline companies (such as InterGlobe Aviation and SpiceJet) are up by at least 50% when compared to the levels 12 months ago. But these companies are posting record losses in their financial reports. And the future outlook also looks bleak, with all the new strains of the virus and reports of third wave in Europe.
I don't know either, but most likely there is a reason for that. Maybe it's because the rollout of a COVID-19 vaccine and the hopes associated with it? People want to buy low before it's too late, before everybody knows the pandemic is over and the stock prices bounce back to where they were 2 years ago.
Share prices of airlines do not accurately reflect the current situation. The balance sheets do, however, and they are gloomy. The fact that share prices still look so good is mainly due to cheap money and the hope that the pandemic will soon be over, which I doubt. Airlines still have 80-90% fewer passengers than they had in 2019.
I have to agree. Even in my country, most of the airline companies are in big trouble. They have cancelled a lot of flights and reduced the head count of their employees. On top of that, the government has imposed new restrictions on the ticket pricing. And this came at the worst possible time. They have to deal with decreased occupancy as a result of the pandemic, and on top of that now there are restrictions on the ticket pricing as well.
The fact is that vaccination in some countries does not give the expected result, and even after vaccination, people begin to get sick with coronavirus. Due to the fact that people are tired of quarantine and neglect various precautions, the death rate is still quite high in certain countries.
There is a fact in this, people are tired of sitting at home and started neglecting the precautions and so is the reason the next wave is hitting hard in my country as well and i am not sure whether they will implement a lock down in several states and i am not sure whether i wanted a vaccination shot at this point because i am not confident in them as well.
