Hello everyone, I am currently receiving bounty tokens, I buy at a price below the ICO price. and I do not sell tokens ..
Which means that you do believe those tokens that you don't sell?
How can you take profit if you won't sell any of those?
Do you believe that long term hold for those tokens you have is the best?

I now have about 80% of coins in my wallet, which after ISO have dropped in price by at least 60-70%. I see no point in selling. The thing is, when I invested, I morally reconciled with the loss of my investments. In other words, I’m just waiting for profits, so I’ll just hold

Hello all,

There's one thing I have ever noticed, after ico the token price dropped drastically could anyone explain why such is happening...
Eg, there are some tokens are I have in my wallet which I want to trade since then till now I have been waiting for the price to come up but instead decreasing. What do I do in this scenario?

There are a lot of reasons why prices drop after ICO, some investors and bounty hunters dump their token once it gets listed in a decent exchange or once it has a market volume. Another thing is that, some investors are scared of holding ICO tokens for a long-term due to the current market situation where only few ICOs stay alive.

If it's a project you value as good and has the potential to invest the same length of time. And you know that it can reduce the price in the future, you can sell it and buy it when it's cheaper, it will help you have more tokens of that project.

It is happening to 99 percent of all ICOs at the moment. Due to such bad market conditions the price is falling and we cannot do anything about it. The only thing we can do now is to buy deep and to wait for the bullish market that is coming soon.

It's one of the many losses lately, seeing a market that is getting worse, you should know about the listing date and time of the coins you bought. Normally you have to wait some time until the price goes up.

That's the main reason i've stopped to purchase coins during ICO. IN 85-90% after listing tokens drops hardly, so what for buy in ICO and wait if you can buy cheaoer on exchange??

If you are not going to keep the coin in the long term, then short-value trading will be best, immediately after the end of the ICO. In this case, you can get some profit.

There is no demand for project tokens, which is why users themselves lower the price to get rid of the tokens. Another price when entering the stock exchanges is very different from the one that was in the sale of tokens with ICO.

Sell it when the price seems to be good for you.
Don't wait for it until it dumps, there is only two scenario with that coin.
Its either it will recover or it won't.

In this scenario, you have to wait. Now most of the coins have fallen in price and quite strongly. I have patience and wait until they grow in value.

There might be a reason for this. Some investors known as bounty hunters invest in ICO for a very short term. They drop their token after ICO for a small profit.

No offense, but it seems that you had no plan about what to do if the price of the coins in which you invested went down, it seems that you have the hopes that the price will always go up and that is not the way any market works, no one can take the decision for you, you need to decide if you keep holding your coins or you sell them and which option you take will depend on the quality of the coin.

I hate to admit it, but the main reason why a coin value drops after it got listed is that the bounty hunters are already dumping their coin. Give it 2-3 months for the coin value to recover but if there are no changes after that, maybe the coin is weak or there is not that much demand for the coin. Sometimes, the coin popularity is important because the demand is much higher for popular coins.

There are two basic things to do depending on individual.. If you need to sell your coins immediately after ICO, take note of the time for first exchange and sell immediately trading start for promising price or hold if you don't need money urgently for a later period to sell as the best approach to get mouth watering gain is long term

it's a big problem. If the token price was $ 1 (ico price), then bounty hunters will sell them for even a few cents. This is a reality, but that is not the only reason. Much depends on the project itself and the team.

That is true, most of the bounty hunters do sell their token when they get it that is why most projects don't give their token to bounty hunter not unless their real investors profit first. So you should take this opportunity to profit before the bounty hunters start to sell off their tokens.

The market right now is flat and will likely stay range bound until the next big bitcoin halving and the year after that... so usually the market surges about a year after  the bitcoin halving.  Maybe there could be some other event with Ethereum or some other big coin to change that but so far things are locked into what happens with bitcoin.

You just have to wait.  As long as the ICO you invested in is good then there is nothing to worry about.  A lot of ICO and various coin projects are undervalued right now and that's just the market.  Then again, a lot of ICO and coin projects also have ZERO value with no product, service, use case, etc and have more value than they ever should have to begin with.

The main reason is that the ICO tokens price is tied to the price of the main coins (ETH, BTC or other ones)

Eg, there are some tokens are I have in my wallet which I want to trade since then till now I have been waiting for the price to come up but instead decreasing. What do I do in this scenario?

In such situations I will take simple actions. If I am in your position I will hold until the token or coin increases. But I also examined whether the token or coin is worthy of my hold.
