I don't think anything is wrong participating in Airdrop provided they are not foolish to reveal their private keys, most of these airdrop projects will not amount to anything just trade the hype and leave
I think most airdrop need you to hold some coins like btc, eth or other alt coins, and I think the free coins are not easy to hold for a long time, if it is more valuable, I think you probably will choose to sell them out.
i join all the airdrops that has free tokens especially the drops that doesnt requires you to give some coin first before you get the tokens

Now i can to inflict how airdrop legit and airdrop scam, this thread is very helping me, cause the day ago i have to join airdrop but i didn't have to paid, that's very wasted my time.
post is very helpful, with this post I can be more calm because there is some airdrop than its contents even scam site and virus wallet.
One very good advise that airdrop newbies should take is just take the airdrop for FREE. Because airdrops are supposed to be free, dont give any shit to airdrops that is requiring you to donate 0.01eth etc. these are the commonly trash and scam tokens.

Nowadays scams are increasing day by day,so we the newbie should be very careful before choosing any airdrop but i will suggest that please join any other caimpaign when your rank is in a good position

You could also add POS token to your list of legitimate airdrops. Not sure if they are still open but many people happily received their airdropped tokens already. Overall well polished work from POS devs.

Many airdrop scam out there It's better stay away from airdrop like that. well, many participants who join airdrop don't know what the project they are following

For newbies, some airdrops are scam so be aware for that. The important thing is don't give your private key. If you want to invest, the first thing you can do is research if it is legit.

How about ico ucoincash, it's scam or not ? because i see my friend can't send his bitcoin back to his wallet and also there are so many weirdness on that web. need advice, my friend said it's bad web, but i need your advice invest or not

Thanks for this thread, it is very helpful for newbies that want to join on airdrop. If I found some airdrop that really scams, I will post it here in this thread. Newbies are willing to join in any airdrop without knowing that the other airdrop is scams, as it mentions above 99% of airdrop are scams. Newbies don't know that because the only thing they know is that they could get some coins once they applied on airdrop. But unfortunately, they only getting to know your information to scam you.

I joined the netcash airdrop and I can confirm it is a solid airdrop. It's easy to sign up, no hassle. I missed the first two but luckily got in the third round. Make sure to get some with the coming airdrop, it is going to be last one.

Etheruem Cash and Ecash are the same right. If they are the same, it is not a scam. Because i get my token and got trade it on etherdelta and give me a good income.
