What has been a opening post experienced should be a lesson for all of us, never invest based on other people's opinions.
The opening post listens to a friend that the ESH token is a potential project, In fact, after buying ESH tokens with 14 ETH
capital, the price was immediately dumped. Indeed, the risk of investing in new projects is very large, so for newbies avoid
investing in new projects. Choose coins that are among the top 10 cryptocurrencies, safer and more profitable. My advice is
to sell your ESH tokens immediately, rather than losing all your capital. Because shitcoins like ESH tokens are very unlikely
to recover.

I used to have 14 ethereum but I got caught in the web of FOMO and I lost over 10 ethereum because the project I invested the ethereum on have dropped marginally, is this the end of the road for me? Or I still have hope? How can I recover?

I don't know how you are now and your financial situation, but this situation serves as a learning experience for newbies. So accepting defeat or acknowledging error is the first step in personal growth in the crypto. In the second analysis, entering the market without basic knowledge can result in a situation similar to this.

Seeking knowledge helps us to grow internally and externally.

This is the specificity of the market, and you need to understand that this can always be and not only with you. Invest only what you are ready to lose, this has been said many times.

FOMO you say?I go to coinmarketcap search “FOMO”,and the result was,“No results for 'fomo',We couldn't find anything matching your search.Try again with a different term.”
There is no FOMO coin/token, so you will not see any results when you search for it at CMC.  If you google it, and you'll know what it means, it stands for Fear Of Missing Out.  The only token he bought was Switch (ESH) if you read his post again and understand it carefully. So do not send immediately to what is seen and read in socmed.  Because the moment you bite into their trap without knowing it first, you will regret it in the end just like what happened to him. Anyway, it looks like OP is still active but he has no update on what next step he took.

Recovering will surely be hard right now but if you are determined to do so I think it will be possible. Even if it sounds impossible you should believe that you can. What I can suggest to help you recover is to refresh your mind first from your lost and think like you are starting over again, expand your knowledge and study more things that will help you to recover. I've been in that situation before but thankfully I successfully recovered. Just don't lose hope.

The coin may not be awful in any case, it may very well expect you to sit tight or hold sooner or later when it's cost improve until you get a little return or you can recuperate your cash. These tasks means to trick individuals by presenting many venture that don't have an incentive by any stretch of the imagination. They just objective is to raise assets and driven the task hanging after they secure assets.

Most people have been in your shoe and what I did during my own setback is to go back and look at the mistakes I made ignorantly, quit trading and begin to follow influential on YouTube to learn their trading strategy. I did this consistently for more than 6 months and when it is close to a year, I have this confidence in me. I have been trading with a lot of profit to show for it and nothing caught me unaware again.

Are you losing? ofcourse you lose. what you can do is to make it a lesson for the future, so as not to be careless and not rushed. Crypto investment is very risky because of very high fluctuations, and we should not be greedy and rush just because Fomo on a project, analyze a project with a cool head and make decisions calmly.
OP made a statement in May ,I think he has already made a profit from other investments ,every human being if it has fallen then he is quick to learn, valuable lesson is don't trust anyone ,research by self until a puff of smoke came out of the head ,sufficient investment and dont impose themselves sell any assets to invest in project

There are as yet numerous open doors later on, so make an honest effort. Continue searching for good opportunities and invest in them, however you ought to likewise avoid Fomo projects and scam projects in this market. It is an important exercise for you in this market
Actually fomo is quite normal considering that crypto is a fairly fast market. here we must be able to control ourselves, and do not let us fall into making careless investments. research comes first and always comes first. use the remaining asset money to profit from the lessons you have learned from previous mistakes

The name of the coin is switch ( ESH ), a friend told me how good the project is and I invested all my ethereum thinking the price will increase more but later it dumped
It is a big mistake once you invest all your Ethereum on a random project. How can you follow your friend while Ethereum is much better as your asset. If you want to invest, why not invest in a small number of ETH? You must remember that the main coins for your investment are Bitcoin and Ethereum. While others are just a side investment, so no need to risk your funds there.

I really feel pity for him. It's like he gave a gold in exchange of trash lol. But well, I can't blame him as he was a beginner. No offense meant, I'm not belittling him but that's what it seems like. I mean, if you are really experienced enough then you won't easily go with the flow. If your friend invest on such coin, it doesn't matter that you should follow him with no doubt especially that the coin you are going with is not yet proven and trusted. What a bad timing, he missed the eth's bull run.

But well, for sure he learned his lesson now. That's more important at the moment. He can do better next time.

I've checked ESH, I think the volume isn't good enough in the market. It indicates not a really potential coin to invest in. Have you checked it?

if you've been stuck there, then you can only wait. because if you withdraw your investment, then you will actually lose a lot. but if you really want to attract and invest in other platforms and hope there is a big increase so that it can cover the previous losses, that's better

Recovery would really be hard and it would create more losses if you do tend to push it hard or into the sense of desperation. Its better to take this as a lesson learned for you
and you will able to aware into things that do happen around.Dont make yourself greedy and rushing up on making profit because if you do let that kind of emotion
do control you from time to time then expect mistakes will surely happen.

As long you do have money then you can still possibly make out some recovery but it wont really be that simple though but theres always a probability.

I'm so heartbroken about your awful experience. In crypto-world you should be more cautious, possibly it tends to be the best, prior to joining any project you should make own research about the team or different things, which can spare you from such things. Perhaps prior to making research, it is so expected to find out about trading and to have its own procedure, it can spare your from risk.

You are as yet a novice, you ought to have do investigate on the project prior to investing what you have, and besides for what reason do you utilize that much cash? In the event that you need to risk buying coins you should just e what you can stand to lose, the shortcoming is all yours, I propose you get the hang of trading or ideally recuperate through bounties, trusts aren't gone.

Really a very sad experience but I would say all hope isn't list yet just keep trading with little you have but please this time you do not have to FOMO anymore as it will definitely hot you more. I will advise you sincerely go in for some old coins like BTC, Eth and other good coins that will profit you even if it dumps there's certainty of ressurection again. Please be careful
