You need to learn from the mistakes. You have to make sure that you are not going to make the same mistake in your life again. If you do so, you can do better than earlier.

Bro, you can recover from it and learn from your mistakes. And even comeback with more cryptos. I only thought that I was the only one who experienced it, but im not alone.

I feel so sorry for you my friend for you lost, 10 eth isn't a small thing. Accept the lost and move on. After few years of been into digital currencies, I understood something that this kind of thing happens once in awhile. We can not avoid it totally, what we can only do is to look for a way to reduce it to the minimal by been smart while thinking of investing. My friend that can never be you end, and all hope hasn't lost yet. You still have 4 ETH, that's still something. You just have to look into a good projects that you can invest into again. You can ride again. My humble advise is that next time, don't put all your eggs in one basket. Try not to invest all your coin in just one place. You can invest in multiple coins, it will be very bad and hard for all the Investments to go bad at the same time.
To move forward in life is why we make mistakes sometimes, unless OP failed to thrive forward then the whole loss won't make any sense, I'm sure his experience would have been different by now compare to when he lost that 10 ETH, that's a whole lot of money, by now 10eth is over 5000$ but he can always earn more if he never give up.
In my opinion, that is normal and normal. Profits and losses are common if you are up and running. there are still many efforts that you can do and you are prepared so that it does not happen and lose your assets. My advice is to invest in the short term you need to do and put your assets where you deserve to invest. 4 ETH is also an asset.

This is really bad, sorry for your loss, too bad you learnt your lesson the hard way, I would advice you always avoid fomo and never use more than 30% of your total assets to invest in one project, don't be too greedy and invest 90% of it, thinking it will give you higher returns it's too risky to invest huge amount of money in new projects cause you don't know what the market holds for them, and it's not the end of the road for you, I will suggest you learn how to trade, then maybe you can use this 4 ETH to start trading, just remember this basic strategy "buy low and sell high" and in no time you will recover your money.
I'm sorry you lost everything but it's your fault the market should have been well researched before investing since you are new you need more learning and knowledge there will be risks in the crypto market and you should not give up so you can recover the losses by analyzing the market and verifying the projects and investing. Have faith in the work and move forward with positive thinking you can learn something new from the loss.

Sometimes we are a victim of our over speculating mind, we want to get rich quickly thats why we put all our eth on one project without thinking the risks that are possible to happen. Hope you learned from your bad experience. No this is not the end of the road for you, dont give up and dont lose hope, you will recover all your losses soon just believe in yourself and everything will gonna be fine. indeed it will be very difficult to recover your losses, but that doesn't mean it's impossible so don't be discouraged. in essence, do not make mistakes like in your past. learn from your experience.
