I think there is nothing to regret because anyone who dares to invest in the crypto world I think is someone who is ready with all the possibilities, even the bad things that we might encounter like I have experienced losses, but I think I have to remain optimistic because I give up will only make matters worse.

Again market is very volatile and unstable so I think it is really normal for the coin which you have been invested your ethereum but always have faith and always look at the brighter side of the context which is that those coin will pump after some time and will definitely gives you a better and a high earning and profit. Well you can't always win all the time. Losing is part of the journey. For me the best thing to do is move forward. It would be such a waste to just give up, I mean you've come this far why give up now.

you can recover by trading but you have to learn trading first because trading is very difficult, sell your eth and learn day trading maybe in a period of 1 year you can get more than 10 eth with your current remaining 4 eth

Sorry i think you are lost. Before investment of any project first searched many time than invest. I think next time make this an important lesson for you.
You should more research about which you invest 14 ethereum. Still, you collect more information about that. I have a regret that I have invest more than 100$ and i get only few, but i hope that I will more than 200$ in future and i keep patience. You can also hope fot that.
The loss you experienced was very painful, especially in large quantities. While you are still learning and trying, Hope is always wide open for you. This is true not the end for everything rather a start for the new hope. Also in crypto many traders experience of losing their funds since as we all know price in here is volatile. We lost and we earn in btc so it is best to learn and don't lose hope. So continue learning and always do your research before investing. I always said don't invest you all money in one token or coin. Choice multiple for investment. Because is one project scam or failed then you can recover from another. Always research more for investment. Don't lost hope. I hope you recover your lost very soon.

sorry for your loss, make this an important lesson for you, next time .Think before you invest and do some good research before you jump into any project.
