No, you don't have to pay money for creating the VCC. You will be sent the VCC details free of charge.
You can top up these VCCs with Bitcoin or other payment options.

What can I say. He does deliver what is stated in the OP but this is nothing new if you know how to use google a bit
If you are lazy to search around then just grab this and you will find a way to make BTC VCCs and grab some numbers (they might not work everywhere).

Thanks for your review (and purchase)! You may find indeed info about the (older) methods I have included in the guide. I've included them for the convenience, as they may be still useful.
I've tried to make this guide really clear, easy to follow and brief, screenshots are included to make it simple. As my experience with it, these VCCs work with almost every site (e.g Tidal HiFi), it may occur indeed that they might don't work everywhere.
