Ohhh! Ok, so we are playing the "I am going to make up numbers game." Got it... in that case, Tom is about 4.5 months over due, since it's completely unrealistic that he'll be shipping in the middle of January. So there you go! I didn't know we were pulling numbers out of our ass.

thats true, but with the chips they are using they will have more hash too push out of there systems without pumping the voltages sky high and generating too much heat.

PS - you forgot to include the part where Tom's power numbers are going to be 3x that of BFL. So, even without the compensation we've promised (notice how you left that out, too, liar!), our unit is still far more efficient and cost effective than the franken-ASIC you're likely to get from Tom.
