Yep, you are right and it's a normal situation because people start investing their profit from BTC to altcoins and I think this will happen again if we see the same rally this year and after 2020 when halving of BTC will take place.
Usually altcoins bull market is very fast, which is why it is necessary to prepare directly during the bearish cycle.
Prices of altcoin and bitcoin is starting to decrease and this is a good opportunity to buy more in a cheaper price. As there is a big chance that the market will start to recover in the following days and the price will start to move forward again.

Slot of persons has always predicted recently that the altcoin will be left out in the forthcoming bull run but I think they are wrong. It's just a matter of time many altcoin will join the market movement and moon again and hope Bitcoin retains it's price

everything is really in the critical situation in in the beginning of this year but after some months have gone definitely the changes will happening through the market and now every investment is getting better this is because of only that Bull Run is happening.Yes, in the middle of this year the altcoin has experienced this increase because bullrun has come, I'm sure this will continue to grow and improve.
Alts bull run really has a lot to do with market sentiments and also with btc's price.

in my opinion for altcoin the chances are very small, but if btc will rise and the price remains stable I am sure the bullrun session for altcoin will occur after that, but of course for now the btc condition is still very unstable
I agree if bitcoin rises some more in the next few months it can definitely trigger a bull run for the alt-market but for now its time to start accumulating the potential coins IMO.

A good way to debug a day. But there is no guarantee that when you need the money you can get the same amount that you invested. Too many risks for such a way. With this approach, it would be better to spend more money and buy in the field. Than every month to buy bitcoin.

I believe that a bull run is almost happening. So we need to invest for now and a lot of news that makes a very high increase. but that is only an issue, if you want high results, then you have to dare to take the storm for a problem to get results.

I think that the pump altcoins will happen in the next couple of months, or rather not later than July. Therefore, if you really want to make money, it is better now to buy altcoins and place orders for sale. I think that everything will happen very quickly and paired with BTC profit will not catch as easy as paired with USD.
Are you talking about the short pump or the long pump, if you are talking about the short pump which is already happening because we can see that some coins always follow bitcoin in its increase and majority of these coins are the top altcoins, but the general altcoins that will touch all altcoins is bound to happen towards next year and not this year.Bitcoin has to go sideways first before they can all pump, bitcoin sideways cannot happen this year because we still have lots of increase to see in bitcoin before it can then start consolidating for other altcoins to start pumping in price.
We already have observed some of the altfoin has shown the sign of bullrun. I think this will be followed by all the other potential altcoin soon. I'm expecring it to be happened by the end of this month.
