We are still in the accumulation phase, long time until we hit the all time high. Prices can still go 10x for many altcoins, especially the lower marketcap coins that haven't risen yet
Back in 2017, BTC hit the ATH at December but all the altcoin hit ATH later in January 10 or so. Do you think, market will face an altcoin pump soon? If so, the right time to invest is now.
Probably this is the right time to invest in altcoins because there are many altcoins have a potential to pump soon, it is hard to predict when the altcoins going make a bull run but the crypto market shows a positive sign maybe the bull run is very near so sit tight.
We already have observed some of the altfoin has shown the sign of bullrun. I think this will be followed by all the other potential altcoin soon. I'm expecring it to be happened by the end of this month.
Indeed I trust that bull run is close to occur. So we have to contribute now and as indicated by certain sites that I had perused the esteem will beat the value esteem last 2017. BTC local bullrun was from 5k to 7.5-8k and then all alts start to gain fast, most of them done 100% in 1 month, now we see a flat for BTC and alts, so i think it is little bit late to do such moves, we got to wait the next bullish BTC movings, after that alts start to grow again 
I believe a bullrun in altcoins will come in few weeks because BTC is growing and market is showing positive results and I also believe BTC will go 22000$.
Well, it's not just you many in crypto says that BTC will cross it's ATH soon which will be followed by a bull-run on the alt markets.
Altcoin bullrun is now, and i think investors should load a bag. I can't believ bnb is $31 and others alt, pretty disappointed in top3 coins. The instability is not encouraging
precisely if the price goes down this is a good time to buy because I really believe if the top 3 will definitely rise.so in my opinion it depends on how we deal with all the conditions that occur in coins and markets.

Now is a good time to buy any coins, especially altcoins from the list of the top 20 - top 30. While Bitcoin rises in price, altcoins are falling relative to it. And if you have bitcoins, then it is worth spending a small part of them to buy altcoins.
its too early to say that market has entering the bull run stage like now, im sure bull run will happen next month on June, so just like your suggest, invest right now.
How sure are you about that, crypto I really think there should be a pump in in altcoins due to the little positive change happening to bitcoin and ethereum but it even becomes more dipper in my wallet and have been thinking if the on going situation really works for the altcoins. But since you said it takes time before joining in 2017 maybe we should wait and see.

it suddenly changes the value of every investment when the Bitcoin is developing we are thinking the altcoin also not developed so if the changes happening then we can have a bright future to make cover investment more valuable and this time it will developing to the good value.

yes, that might happen because there are still good opportunities this year.The Crypto market is improving and hopefully it will get better after Altcoin Bullrun.

of course everyone hopes that the 2017 event can happen again, even though it won't happen this year, but at least it can give the cryptocurrency holders fresh air and can influence its growth value because the number of investors will increase again after hearing good news about there will be the next bull run
What are the chances that altcoin will bull in the future because before we assume that we have to take the present conditions of the market into consideration to see if the possibilities are there for a pump in the altcoin market in the future. The only altcoins that will do well in the future are those that already have an ecosystem to support their coins.

Yup, I think so too. Bitcoin and altcoin are still in the correction stage before continuing the pump. I am very sure if the next 2-3 months altcoin will be 2 times more than now.
