I have several altcoins in my portfolio and i m expecting 10x 100x price increases in upcoming months. this is inevitable for sure.
Altcoin bullrush already happened and now we can see that every top altcoin are growing and it is the best time to make money on it .
It should be preparing for the growth of bitcoins. Bitcoin takes off so quickly. Hopefully we will see a strong market this season. I hope the altcoins that I chose will also increase in price.

In my opinion, if you would invest now don't expect to hold for long since it's already been days now since the start of the market bull run. I think buying out altcoins is good option because after the bitcoin pumps some of the altcoins would pumps as well. I would also recommend to buy coins that are most likely in the top of the coinmarketcap so that it would be safer since its hard to manipulate prices with a lot of trading volumes.
I think now is a very good time to invest in alternative cryptocurrencies. If we take the previous bull run as a basis, then the Altcoins begin their growth immediately after a strong price increase of Bitcoin.

After bitcoin bull run, we will see altcoin bull run. Hence, patience is key factor to get big return at the moment. Patience to wait till the spikes of bitcoin to take profits, and patience to buy altcoins and hold weeks or months to come to double or tripple balance. I actually took profits part of my investment in bitcoin, and still waited for the price around $9500 to $10000 to take profits for the rest of my bitcoins.
At this moment altcoins were swinging too while bitcoin pumping up, not only altcoins experience bull run without leading by the bitcoin movement which is most likely happen. But I have noticed that altcoins having a delayed movement if it is swinging the price.

You have to understand that the there are some Altcoins that also had a run in December. And what you are pointing out is that some altcoins has managed to reach ATH later, because in January bitcoin is already dumping. And those who sells bitcoin shift their funds to alts like Ethereum and XRP. So we can't really say if the same thing will happen during the next bull run.
