Hoping that it will repeat what happened in 2017, i think if the real bullrun starts and bitcoins price grow to a new ATH then altcoins will follow. We just don't know when but i have a feeling that we're not that faraway for the bullrun to commence.
Back in 2017, BTC hit the ATH at December but all the altcoin hit ATH later in January 10 or so. Do you think, market will face an altcoin pump soon? If so, the right time to invest is now.
This is the right time to invest in altcoins since the altcoins prices was at the low of prices in crypto market, now the bitcoin was already pump the price maybe the altcoins will follow as soon as possible so we better buy more altcoins with a potential to boom.

You can invest at this time, the pump will definitely occur because the market conditions begin to improve and the price of bitcoin starts to rise, if the price of bitcoin continues to increase then the altcoin price will also rise and pump will occur, the graph in the current market shows better price movements from the previous

I believe in this case we talk about profits

Although history tend to repeat itself overtime in the market but we should not just buy or sell based on the history alone, understanding the current market trend is still a safer bet to investing use the history as a benchmark for your consideration purpose.
Definitely, history is usually a source for references to be made. Knowledge and understanding are the tools needed to be able to analyse the patterns in the current changes in the market values of most crypto coins. People should research before making any kind of investment in the crypto space.
Prices of altcoin and bitcoin is starting to decrease and this is a good opportunity to buy more in a cheaper price. As there is a big chance that the market will start to recover in the following days and the price will start to move forward again.

We have seen on the past a good move after btc ATH level .But we are not sure we will find a good level in the recent moment. But the trend is so good hopefully we will get a good pump after btc bieng stable .You can invest wisely with your own risk but i usually buy altcoin when i find a good uptrend and i got in the recent moment . 
The right time to invest depends on what method you will use if the long term is the right time while we get a cheap or stable price, but if for the short term, of course we have to analyze which price movements will run so we don't get it wrong in making decisions when investing.

If this condition is like that then chances are that the altcoin price will rise dramatically, but this situation is very difficult for us to predict whether the altcoin will pump or dump. I think we should be more careful to look at crypto price charts to determine whether to buy or sell it.
Altcoins will rise dramatically from their prices (very low prices in BTC pairs, in reality), but to call that bull run for altcoins will come soon, I don't think so. Maybe, altcoins will rally to their latest spike in that pair before fell back due to bitcoin increases last two months. However to break their strong resistances around their latest spikes, I think that altcoins need really strong momentum that come from new significant demands and it is obviously requires lots of time to catch attention of investors on altcoins.

I also think is still a good time to invest, but for a bull run we will have to wait more because even if bitcoin grow the altcoins need also more people to come and buy so the price starting grow.
