my personal forecast is that after a few years only the strongest altcoins will remain in the market, and others will not be able to survive due to lack of usefulness and great competition. Also, they will solve the problems that the altcoins' developers set themselves before launching.

I don't know which altcoins you hold because most of altcoins will fail and only few that will survive. If you mean litecoin, ripple, ethereum, they’re too big and well established to disappear completely. The other smaller coins pose a much harder question as it relates to their longevity. So, just sell your altcoins if you don't believe enough in their future potential.

I forsee great future for altcoins, especially as Bitcoin's price become much higher and keep rising higher since a while, I think that many investors will think about buying more promising altcoins like Ethereum and Litecoin; and also investing in the ICO projects, so the market of altcoins is going to become a lot bigger.
