There is a lot of hope that in this year 2019 everything will change because people are already waiting for a really long time, but unfortunately no one knows how to react and influence the market.
One thing is apparent that what we speculate as potentially good coins don't always turn out that way. The reason it is good to keep an open mind about potentially new coins that are gaining momentum and could possibly be a new contender but at the same time not forgetting coins like NEO, ETH, EOS etc that seem like will change in some ways. We'll soon see what happens for Altcoins as the end of the year is almost here.
In a volatile market like the crypto, there is now way to say which Altcoin will be big in the 2019. There is a possibilty that a new coin will rise and become the big coin in 2019. However, old coins like Etherium can also be the big coin of 2019.
It is difficult to say which altcoins will be promising in 2019. I can tell. Personally, my opinion is that in 2019 EOS will increase its position and slowly push ETH.
Baanx is one of the greatest tokens of 2019, this will make a change in the market.

I think next year 2019, which will become a concern and many emerging, is a project that can provide security to investors, easy understanding can be called escrow in ICO. Why is that ? it was caused by too many ICOs failing even many ICOs scam.
I have high hopes for NEO

XRP and NEO will definitely grow in 2019. I do not like XRP but it is really an altcoin that gets a lot of attention from the community. And NEO is an altcoin is competing with ETH, If ETH continues to go down as it is now in 2019 NEO will overcome ETH easily
It can't be said for sure which will be big for its volatility. There are several potential coins, you will just have to predict according to stats and some luck.

I think EOS will show a great rise in 2019, this platform has a big community and incredible potential to win a large share on the ICO market. Also I hope to see that the developers of Tezos will launch some promotional campaigns and create hype around the project.
Best altcoins in 2019 maybe this following altcoins EVOS, C2P, BTXC, WIRE, and BIH these projects have more promising compare to other projects.

many people predict that altcoin prices at the end of 2018 will increase prices as it did at the end of 2017, but that is all for me the increase in altcoin prices will not be able to follow the final trail2017 last year, because until now there has been no sign of the growth of altcoin at a high price.
I think 2019 will be the year of altcoins. People should realise that the most profitable coins are the altcoins. They are also technically much better than Bitcoin. Among the leaders are Ethereum, NEO and EOS. I think these coins will be in the top 3 next year.

I have no idea for that, but if the market moves to grow, I can research it, choose the potential to grow and be pumped, that's where I can do a short trade to produce something. this is where our experience is used
Almost all Altcoins have dropped 10 times or more.

I think 2019 will be a good start of innovation for the altcoins in terms of their value. Where Bull run will reign on this year(cross fingers)
But anyway, Etherreum are possible to reach 2000$, then Bitcoin can become 15K$ up to 20k$, also Nem will reach 1$, then Waves can be multiply x5 then also Neo either.
I still believe in ethereum which will continue to be the best altcoin in 2019, maybe in the aftermath of eos, this coin is starting to show its development, hopefully coin - coin the others also show good progress for the future
For this I'll put my choice to XRP, since it already has the track of overcome the ETH even just a while.
