Its usually said that small amount is enough to start trading since if there is loss,it would be little. As your investment is small, you would be able to buy well established older coins. So,you would have to choose recently released coins which are performing well. But since your investment is low, your profits would also be low. So,as you get some idea and experience about this crypto market, invest a little more and continue trading.

I think $ 14 is enough for you to start trading, because I think you are just starting out trading better not too much to start, because if you start with a huge capital, you will easily take high risks. , if you start trading without being accompanied by experts in trading. better try with the initial capital you have now, to know in advance about altcoin trading there.
For someone who is just starting to trade, I would not advise him to go ahead without at least some pretty good knowledge about trading, cause it is definite he is going to flop and end up loosing all the $14 and maybe just left with a $1 change at the end Grin ... It is just the truth. Imagine trying out this cash before the dips and then he panicked since he had no idea what to do next, what do you think would have happened to his funds?

He should not rush, take his time to learn well, and maybe grow it up to like $50 which by then, he would have had some knowledge and then he can start trying it out. Although, if he is good enough to trade now, he can use the dips of one of the alts to make some profit when they get pumped.
Trading is no doubt very much profitable thing but at the very same time, it is very much risky to get into trade. As fast as altcoin trading is concerned, I think that you should go for altcoin coin trading once you are having a very good experience in the field of trading.

It is because of the reason that altcoin is not that much trustworthy coin and its market price continuously changing with each passing moment. So you actually need to be very much careful while doing this.

Altcoin is more volatile than bitcoin. You could do all your research, and believe in an altcoin all you want and even support your chosen altcoin's development and spend time and energy. When altcoin starting to go down it may really be very messy. I will advice you test the water before diving in.

People have started with less to start trading with, do some research and find the right coin. One that is relatively cheap and potential for a large pump, you could easily 2x/3x your money and you continue from there. Good luck.
At this stage, he might not really need a huge research as most of the altcoins are at their worst moments but he should not just make any mistake of trying to use them to buy shit coins. He can really be lucky like you have said to be able to get his coin increased in a short time but he still needs to be very careful so he does not end up making some emotional or greedy decisions at the long run.

I am a newbie to BTC field.I have little little bit of BTC amount(around $14).Is it enough to trading altcoins.IF it is what are the sutable altcoins
It will be enough if you are ready to lose all that you have. You are a newbie to the BTC field and I am pretty sure you are a newbie to trading and you just want to opt into trading just like that. It is not worth trading with honestly, unless you want to practice some of the skills you have learnt.

The best advice would be to keep growing the little you have, keep learning how to trade safely and effectively and when you are sure you will be able to trade well, and you have at least about $100, then you can give trading a try.

Your best off adding a bit more on that $14 , coz the transaction fee just to turn that money to ether or Bitcoin then send it to an exchange you will probably have less than a fiver.
Just do some research on the best strategies and amount to start with, otherwise good luck.

many altcoin that suitable for your fund just find the cheapest price of altcoin and wait for weeks to pump then trade.. or else wait for the new altcoin release im sure this is cheap and have potential to pump...

I guess they do not have to wait for Altcoin for weeks to start trading, because they just want to learn and know how to start trading, I think we should choose Altcoin already listed on the market, to avoid the big risk that will happen in the market.

I dont think that will be enough for trading bitcoin but i think it will be enough if you're interested in looking for some altcoins. However i really dont recommended altcoins that have that kind of low prices as it might possess greater risk and you should also consider the risk in it. There are lots of altcoins in etherdelta.com that ranging from a few cents till a few dollars but you should always look for the possibility of the coin development  Grin
risking that amount to learned how trading works would be a good start, just go to etherdelta and buy some newly launched ico coins and wait for further development, if you are lucky enough it will just take some weeks or months and the value will explode when pumpers start doing their job, 14$ is not
that much to stress you if ever that your first time wont succeed.

You have to take into account the fees in sending bitcoin. Perhaps from your wallet to an exchange the fee is 0.001 BTC and BTC/USD now is around $7,200 so you have to spend $7.2 alone in fees. You can still trade with your remaining fund but it would be better if you have a higher amount. You can find earning opportunities in this forum. There are many of them like in the bounty section in altcoins. After accumulating a higher amount then you can start trading. Maybe if you accumulate around $200 you can start.

I think you can get in $ 40.
start gradually so you can understand everything.
You must be smart to apply the right strategy.
If you are a patient and mature person, then you will begin to love trading in digital currencies.
gradually lah sehinnga you understand true, because you need time and can not be instant.

You are really giving meaning to the old saying here that "invest want you can only afford to lose". Anyways, to put you in perspective, it looks like its really a small capital, so don't expect a big returns which such investment. Although there are a lot of quite cheap coins out there, specially that altcoin is bleeding to death because of investors giving it all in bitcoin, it would give you a good yield in the in. The only positive thing that I can think of is that with a small capital, you will try how the market works and will give you valuable experience a long the way.

Amount is a factor but as you were saying (you are a newbie), then first learn how cryptocurrencies trading work or learn what is this technology and why people are trading altcoins. You can surf the web on how to trade cryptocurrencies, now mentioning that you need to create accounts on trading sites, fees on transferring currencies or some knowledge in the interface of the trading site or else you might click the setting of prices there.

Research + time = experience and knowledge
You can trade that amount but that won't be able to keep you in the long run( especially for first timer traders)

The amount of money you have is really not big so it is important to invest in price low altcoin, even though it is risky but the profit is big.

Altcoin trading is not profitable when bitcoin is rising. i have tried couple of times all i got was been depressed. Altcoin has better potential for amazing yield if it is bought and traded systematically. Aside from this you may lose everything in altcoin trading because altcoin still depend on stability of bitcoin.
