More you join in ICO campaign then collect some coins to be exchanged with BTC. I do the same thing.
save your BTC 0.2 BTC I think that's enough to start a trade.
according to my opinion altcoin trading is best for those people who want to invest less money now and get enough profit in future and i want to suggest them that their some altcoins which are very best for investment not all because some altcoins have no value in market due to the low interest of people.

It will be not enough. You need at least $100 or $500 i think for starting.
Save your $14 for something else
$ 14  is too minimal to make altcoin purchases. because the purchase of altcoin is in say with a minimum limit, yes at least $ 100 you should have to do the trade, maybe the profit will result in greater if successful with altcoin trading
I think you're missing his point the $14 he was trying to say is for yourself or emergency purposes not for altcoin purchasing but i have friend he start with $20 and make it $400 after 2 months

I am a newbie to BTC field.I have little little bit of BTC amount(around $14).Is it enough to trading altcoins.IF it is what are the sutable altcoins

You can use it to buy altcoins with undervalued price. And my advise is you can hold the coin you bought. Or much better if you hold that 14$ in bitcoin. But if you want to enter in trading of altcoins, you can use the short term method. There are many ways on trading altcoins. Good luck.

If you are not yet familiar with the market and don't have any previous experience than it is somehow ok to start with this because to invest large amount without having knowledge of market and experience you may loose your entire investment. Go with buying some cheap altcoins and start trading them, with the passage of time increase your investment when you are confident enough in trading.
That's so easy to loss their money for those are not having any knowledge in trade. Remember the patience will be better rather than cut loss your investment, to start the trade with low amount will be more preferable for the newbies. In my experience at the first time of my trade. I was getting dump by the whale instantly. and i was feeling panic and try to cut loss my portfolio but the price jump again. Start with very little amount to decrease our loses.

That is certainly not enough to do anything with. You might as well hold that in BTC as that will be worth a hundred in 5-10 years and will be thousands in 20-30 years. Altcoins are on the way out anyways as Ethereum is switching to PoS and will implode and this is where alts get all their value from. Monero and Litecoin will hang around for a while, but that's it.

You know to yourself that it is a little right?
You cant yet. You will just be wasting it through transaction fees and you will have a little to earn if ever it will be allowed.
Try to make more while learning about trading. Dont rush it. It will wait for you.

It could be enough investment for those coins which are having really really less volume of trade and as fast as I know I have bought SCL coin and KICK coins at the rate of $0.20 and $0.05 the lowest. There are lot many more but we have to look for good coins as well so I'm speaking about these two specifically. So with you calculation you can get 100's of these coins and what for them to launch with higher prices. For example, SCL is going to hike more than $4 in the next quarter of 2018 which mean your investment could go 300-400% higher and immediately you will have couple of hundred dollars in your wallet.

Thats the way whole thing woks. So try it, nothing is impossible. :-)

I think $ 14 is enough for you to start trading, because I think you are just starting out trading better not too much to start, because if you start with a huge capital, you will easily take high risks. , if you start trading without being accompanied by experts in trading. better try with the initial capital you have now, to know in advance about altcoin trading there.
For someone who is just starting to trade, I would not advise him to go ahead without at least some pretty good knowledge about trading, cause it is definite he is going to flop and end up loosing all the $14 and maybe just left with a $1 change at the end Grin ... It is just the truth. Imagine trying out this cash before the dips and then he panicked since he had no idea what to do next, what do you think would have happened to his funds?

He should not rush, take his time to learn well, and maybe grow it up to like $50 which by then, he would have had some knowledge and then he can start trying it out. Although, if he is good enough to trade now, he can use the dips of one of the alts to make some profit when they get pumped.

I believe you can start trading with small amount of capital... but 14$ is just too little. You won´t be able to diversify and it will be a lot easier to loose. So i would recomend to start saving before investing. Wait until you have more, then keep 50% in BTC and play with the rest (if this Money is not essential to you).

I think that $14 is enough to get started and learn some things, it is unlikely you'll be able to turn it in to a lot of money but you'll be able to learn a lot and hopefully with success grow your money. All coins are suitable, look for coins that are currently cheap and you have reason to believe the price will go up.

It's definitely enough to start learning how to trade, I'd actually recommend starting with such a low amount.
There are enough coins that you could buy for 1 dollar or less, those are perfect to start out with.

It's not unlikely that you'll be able to make a few dollars profit with that if you pick the right altcoin Smiley

Read up on some trading tutorials before you start though!

Altcoin trading is a very risky endeavor. It would be a lot less stressful if you were to just buy bitcoins and hold those as you will be GUARANTEED to make money every year. With the way it's been performing lately you will make money every 6 months, I would even say every 3 months now that's how bullish the price of Bitcoin is performing right now. Supply and demand.

Any amount you hold more than $5 is enough for trading Altcoins but you must remember that the higher amount you put in for the investment, the higher returns you get on it. If you put such a small amount then your profits will be less too. So the best thing for you to do would be to collect somewhere around $100 and then start trading. Instead of asking here for best coins try to do a research for yourself and find out which coin will be more suitable for you to trade.
