Indeed, now there are many bounty campaigns that require KYC to get the prize, and after giving it KYC it turns out that the gifts given to us are very small, and that disappointed many bounty hunters, even projects that did not pay after we gave KYC.

I remember when KYC was first introduced for bounties many did thought that projects with KYC implemented  will be serious projects but unfortunately  they are wrong, even now only very few bounties with KYC  pays hunters in the end, my question  is are they just here for our ID?
well, many of us don't like KYC so much. however, we know that it is a choice. when you really feel that it's not necessary, then don't follow the rules. because I feel, some people still do KYC, because it feels it is...

The results of the ICO project success don’t depend on whether it carries out the KYC verification or not. It seems to me that KYC verification for bounty hunters is conducted mainly by scam projects, since they need bounty hunters personal data for use in their gray or black schemes.

It depends on the project you decide to do KYC for I think the best thing is to search the project first and make hard choice on what you need as a bounty hunter and then go for that

Don't be surprised if that happens. I've also experienced the same thing as you said. Many projects are truly dead. Maybe because the project can't compete with other projects. This KYC is actually very much troubled by the bounty hunter. Because they say that bounty hunters are not supposed to do KYC.

Honestly I have done some kyc and in that moment I believed in the project but now in hindsight I think it kyc for bounty hunters is slightly uncalled for.

You may have a point there. But I can confidently tell you that people do get paid even from bounties requiring kyc. I think what matters is the kind of demand a project has. If demand for it is much then definitely it will do well when listed. But most projects out there are just fantasies that are not realistic and that is why they end up struggling and eventually dying out

its good when they ask kyc at the first they make bounty campaign. some people that have problem can choice other bounty and some that not problem can join there. the problem when they ask in the end of campaign and like what you say before about they are die. its not a problem if they listed in exchanger and ready to trade that coin and they ask about your information

i never share my information with kyc. Because I don't know what's gonna happen to me. I find it absurd to give kyc except for certain reliable exchanges.

I think kyc should not be mandatory especially for bounty hunter and if kyc is necessary, should just be verification
of  email. But as for me I am not involving in any project that require kyc because at the end you may not be rewarded.

Many people are dissatisfied with KYC and say that this is all contrary to anonymity on the crypto market. However, I want to say: look at the crypto market for scammers. If every person, from a simple trader and investor, to a creator of new projects and owners of stock exchanges, put his KYC on display, we would exist without scammers on the crypto market.

indeed I myself am very lazy to give kyc to the project from bounty or airdrop because it does not guarantee to get enough rewards indeed some projects offer 20-100 $ but for rewards below 20 $ also many who ask for personal data for the cyc

KYC is usually used against the bounty hunters and big investors. It is sad to see using the KYC as a tool against project users but we have no choice except accepting this fact.

KYC is a big danger. A crypto market was created in order for people to be free and able to pay anything while remaining anonymous. however, many projects and exchanges have forgotten about this and have us all do the KYC procedure. I consider that it is necessary to announce baukot to such projects. And then they will change their mind. While we are all silent, they will continue to force us to pass through KYC.
Why do you think KYC can hurt the crypto industry and investors? Bounty hunters are crying for taking more tokens in token sales and they don't care about the development of the project, honestly.

In many projects where I have provided my personal data I have been paid, but there are also projects that have deceived me. I believe that KYC is necessary only for developers.

well, because of that, we certainly have to really choose in this matter. well, we can't give anyone our identity. but, when it is really needed, with the right reasons, and appropriateness for them, and also us, of course it is appropriate to give our identity. however, some projects are not feasible. well, that's my thinking.

Yes, I also do KYC only for projects that really have good potential for the future, because if you only do KYC for bad projects, I'm afraid my identity will be at stake.
sometimes there are some projects that request KYC at the beginning of campaign, and we don't know the clarity of the future of the project. then how can we judge our KYC as feasible or not to be given to the project registration? not a few of them are asking for KYC at the beginning, but that does not guarantee the project will be successful.

It depends, we have to really know them before giving personal data, that is, look at their team, is it transparent, are they real? Look for information, reviews, if project is quality and real, we will find reviews from major websites such as BitcoinExchangeGuide, updates from ICOdrops, or from their partners.

If for an exchange, almost same, find information, see reputation, review.
Not promising, but minimizes risk.

Before even thinking of giving away anything, not just your identity, this should be done! Do all your own due diligence. Do they really even merit our attention? Our support? Our money and time?

Just because they are real people does not mean their project is genuine. Look at Dan Larimer. Look at Craig Wright! Their projects are almost totally just scammed up code.
