I believe that most investors this year have the same experience as you. I am one of them, but this is not a curse because we have no firm belief and patience!
I don't know if I am cursed or something. If I sell a coin now from airdrop/bounty few days later that coins increases much that you will regret selling. If I hold a coin from airdrop/bounty again that coins price decreases much that you will regret not selling right away. I'm confused now whenever I sell the price increases and when I hold the price decreases. Am I cursed? 
You better be patient first before making any decision out in the market. You should HOLD first your coin and wait for it to gain some increase then you can sell it. I advice not to sell everything. Still, keep some coin in your wallet in order to give some thanks you the bounty campaign.
Do not regret the sale, even if the coin has grown 100 times. And don't buy this coin after the sale.
I will not complain about this, no matter how much I get from the bounty campaign.

If its too hard for you to do some research yourself why don't you just zero your mind in one place? Hodl or not its your decision,if you've been holding then some of your coins will decrease in price and some will increase in price
Nope, your not, I think you didn't get an updated announcement for those tokens you hold, because some of the people out there or investors know how to control their token to gained a high profit.
There are people who are not lucky all the time. Not in a dramatic sense, but in financial terms. It is strictly forbidden to gamble, gambling, exchanges and other financial manipulations of probabilities. Otherwise it always ends equally negative. It is better to understand this later than never.

Maybe you are trying to say that someone should be aware of the updates/information regrading the token or coins so that you will know when will that token's value will pump.
