I heard a lot of stories that people could earn 1000% of the invested funds, so I think that this is possible, I did not earn such interest, my maximum was 100%, so I can not say anything more.

Indeed, if we join the ICO project and invest in it then we will get big profits, but it takes a long time to reach the highest price, But to join ICO also not all will run smoothly because not a few ICO will cheat, so more thorough and careful in following the ICO.

In December and January, a lot of ico showed huge growth. x5 x10 x12 in the etherium. But then the whole market grew. Now is a slightly different situation and one should be careful with new projects. Also, now is a good time to buy bitcoins and interesting altcoyins. This is not an investment advice but just a thought
The stats at ICOSTATS website are definitely correct but you have to keep in mind that the ICO's that give us 10x or 20x profits are very rare. More than 90% of the ICO tokens tank when they are launched at exchanges. I am very careful when investing in ICO.
Yes we should really careful about investing in ICO, even though looks legit but still when it coins to money some are fast to disappear. Problem is, there is no regulating body about those ICO's or not having an escrow also. I think this services should be practiced again. An escrow from a reputable forumer here.
ICOs are both profitable and terribly non-profitable because it is very easy to fall into a scam even if everything looks correct. I recently read about the Symmetry fund exit scam, and that did look reasonably legit.

ICOS are giving me a good profit so far, but only if you invest in real ICOS with real projects, there and just have patience and wait for the price to increase, and be happy.
my method of choosing ICO I read everything about the project, check the team, see if it is active, and if it already has a previous project that worked. that way I'm doing very well.

If you look at the percentage, then the loss is no more than 20%. Some ICO in a small win. But some show good growth. I try to sell half at a good price and leave half for a long time. I expect a lot from some ICO like WePower, Titanium, Sether.
WePower is on the hitlist of everyone due to the kind of project it has come up with and normally once the ICO is completed and the tokens are released into the market then the value of token is usually more than $1 but once all the newbie i mean the bounty campaign members sell out the tokens it drops drastically as the supply becomes more than the demand but the original value is determined only after 3 months from the date of release of tokens.
I guess the evaluation you are seeing on this website is misleading. They have compared the ROI based on the $ price.

You invested 1ETH in an ICO when ETH price was 200$ after ICO when the coin hit the exchanges then you sold this coin for 1ETH but now the ETH price is $1100
Now lets look at this... in dollar currency you made 450% ROI by investing the ICO but did you really need to invest on that ICO to make 450% ROI?
If you would have hold your Eth then it would be the same.
Your 1 ETH was 1 ETH before and still it's 1ETH
So the statistic on that website is misleading.
