If you think this is a scam, sell now while you can still get more than 1 satoshi for your coins.
I don't understand the need to continue to post fud if you're so sure it's dead and drive the price into ground by convincing others to dump.
I've invested in coins that I later didn't believe in. When I reached that point, I unsubscribed from the coin's forum and focused on selling.
To waste your time doing anything more shows that you probably broke the cardinal rule. You invested more than you can afford to lose, and you're upset because of it. Sh*t happens.

well said. i understand people's concerns, but all the hand wringing here is pointless. i personally would love to see amber succeed, it seems like a great idea all in all, but i wont lose my shirt if not.

Pictures of an office, we have seen it all. I saw many scams with shiny offices which can be rented for cheap.
Hell, even cointellect had a few.
Visit their mutli million $ mining sites and their 12 vans (real ones , not the photoshopped ones ) would be a better idea going forward.
Pictures of an abdoned bank with some AMBER stickers on the wall and door doesn´t do it for convincing me to be sure no 100% scam.
And until i´m not 100% sure i´m not ready to throw thousands of hard earned $ into it.
I admit, i was darn close doing it but as it turned out, lucky i did not.

Why are you not satisfied with the Olga Overchuk answer? I'm guessing you have not figured out the whole she's Russian (Ukrainian) so she may very well may need to be googled in her proper Cyrillic spelling. The spelling for that is available on her Facebook page, that was posted in here like 10 months ago.

I think all who decided to re-invest (like me) will receive their shares on 05.01.16.
And the rest will be paid shortly after that.

Well one of the curious things about amber coin is that there aren't strong walls, if you go see on yobit, on the sell there are some little walls that clearly are big but moving to buy all seems a bit of a laugh (No offense)

I think most are "whining" because their investment is not working as meant to be.
I don´t need that ~ 0.5k$ urgently to buy something.
Everyone has a plan when investing money, my plan is/was to get my inital investment back through dividend payments.
After i have my inital investment back i can sell all the coins plus my stakes = PROFIT
If you do wish to sell let me know I'll buy them at .03cents per coin all day.
I'm still a believer and I can't wait for the future please don't give up hope we will get paid!

Weird that they wouldn't have dumped the coins. If this was a scam then the creator is retarded. It wasn't pulled off nearly as well as a scam should have been.
I still believe it's legit, but I won't be investing further until more proof is provided.
